In And Out Of Service For Months No One Care Terrible! Bought my first Ford product a 2017 F-250 SuperDuty and it has been the worst experience of my life owning this vehicle. Had the vehicle for 9 months Bought my first Ford product a 2017 F-250 SuperDuty and it has been the worst experience of my life owning this vehicle. Had the vehicle for 9 months and it has been in and out of service for 91 days total, called ford customer care no help, been in contact with Bill Brown Ford and they are horribly incompetent plus they do not return phone calls, I just want the vehicle fix right and no one seems to be able to do that or help. More

Outstanding Customer Service!! Bought a used SUV from here. My sales person was Matt Gilbo. and he was a pleasure to work with.. when I called on a different vehicle on a Monday, i Bought a used SUV from here. My sales person was Matt Gilbo. and he was a pleasure to work with.. when I called on a different vehicle on a Monday, it had sold the previous Saturday. Matt checked the lot and found a similar vehicle that had just come in on trade that had the features I wanted. The car needed to be inspected, serviced and detailed, so I had to wait until the end of the week to pick it up. I asked if it could be ready sooner, but Bill Brown Ford is meticulous in their vehicle service and detailing, so I had to wait, BUT, Matt generously offered me a (free) loaner to use! I did not expect that! I was really blown away by Matt's care and concern about my lack of transportation and having to share a vehicle with my spose and juggle work, appointmentss and life around one family car. My dad had bought and leased cars through Bill Brown Ford for over 20 years and always raved about their customer service. Now, I too, can vouch for this dealership. THANK YOU MATT Gilbo!!!!!!!!! More
