Today I went in for service as scheduled. i scheduled online like you suggested, I requested the works package and put in the notes that I had a recall notice for the PCM reprogramming. When i scheduled online like you suggested, I requested the works package and put in the notes that I had a recall notice for the PCM reprogramming. When I got to the service desk I was told that they were only going to do the works package and when I mentioned that I requested the recall be done the adviser said he did see the recall request but said that it would need to be done at the service dept. I asked if that would be done today after the works and he replied that I would have to make an appointment which I replied that I did put it in the service request. He didnt have an answer and repeated that that is done in the service dept. Needless to say I cancelled the appointment and will not be doing any further business with this dealership as this is not the first time something like this has happened. More
