This dealership will NEVER touch any car of mine EVER again. They called me to fix some recalled issues with the door latches & fuel tank on my 2013 Ford Focus, and I left with “coolant leaks from the f again. They called me to fix some recalled issues with the door latches & fuel tank on my 2013 Ford Focus, and I left with “coolant leaks from the flow hose” and “oil leaks from valve cover and timing areas.” At no time have I ever had an issue with anything leaking with my vehicle. I park my car in my garage at all times and have never noted any wet/dark areas under my vehicle. The service advisor, David Parodi, called to notify me at the conclusion of my service appointment, and he told me about the leaks, but also stated that my coolant was “topped off.” He asked me if I wanted to run a diagnostic, but I declined since I can get a mechanic, cheaper than a dealership, to assess my vehicle and more than likely, quote me a cheaper price for the repairs. I live in the Brentwood area and had less than 5 miles to drive home & park my car. The next day, I attempted to drive to work in Oakland (of which I had been doing 4-5 times/week), but I never made it. I made it from Brentwood to Concord before my car dashboard began to light up and tell me “High Engine Temperature. Stop Safely.” I was able to get off on the Gregory Blvd Exit in Pleasant Hill and park my car in the parking lot beside Century Theatre. I called an Uber & proceeded to work, but returned later with coolant to place into my car. As I removed the cap to the coolant reservoir, I noted that the reservoir was completely EMPTY. How had the mechanic topped off the fluid less than 24hrs before, and there be none in the car at this moment? I poured the coolant in and noted a splashing sound. I looked all over the engine and noticed the orange-colored coolant pouring out of the hose! The hose wasn’t leaking, but completely DISCONNECTED! I immediately grabbed my phone & pressed record. There’s no way that a hose can become completely disconnected on its own! I reached in and reconnected the two pieces as best as I could, which resulted in there being a slow leak, but not a pouring of fluid. I was able to drive home and park my car safely. I went to Bill Brandt Ford the very next day and spoke with David Parodi who was very dismissive. Even after showing him the video of the disconnected hose, he stated “Well, we told you that there was a leak and you declined the diagnostic.” Yes, there was supposed to be a leak, not a broken/disconnected hose. I was also told that fluids had been topped off, but there’s no way that a mechanic could have poured coolant into my car and not heard it flowing right out. This could have been detrimental to my radiator and Lord knows what else! This dealership has shady business practices and I hope that no one uses their services. I would have included the video if this platform allowed it. More

Had a problem with another dealership continued looking for a commuter car. Found what looked like a great deal. Contacted Bill Brant and was greeted with a helpful sales team. From the first time I arrived at the Dealership I was treated very nice. I picked out one of the Ford Mustangs, a red one, thought about it and the next day I drove out a 2019, Mustang GT, 5.0 , and I treated very nice. However, there were significant blemishes in vehicle that were not disclosed on website or through their pictures, which most certainly should have been. When confronted, salesman ignored inquiry and never responded. When speaking to his manager, it was revealed he was unavailable to speak because of COVID concerns. Bill Brant is so focused on the sale, that customer concerns for a significant purchase is dismissed after contract signed. After calling multiple times to address issues, I was lead to believe some replacement parts were being sent. That was over 3 weeks ago. Nothing has been received. When inquiring multiple times about major blemish on computer screen, they finally transfer me to some hotshot, snake-oil manager who wants to give me lesson on the “art of the deal” and how this particular dealership can’t keep up with demand since they’re such a high volume mover of vehicles. How can I be so ignorant? So, again my irrelevant(to them) concerns dismissed, after being made to feel belittled for requesting assistance. Be certain if buying from Bill Brant, you definitely kick tires before signing papers, cause heaven forbid, if there’s a concern, all You’ll hear is crickets. More
My daughter and son-in-law recommended Bill Brandt after they bought a car there. Because of COVID I was unable to go in to the dealership. They brought the car to my home for me to test drive and later bro they bought a car there. Because of COVID I was unable to go in to the dealership. They brought the car to my home for me to test drive and later brought me the paperwork to sign. They were very professional and helpful. They were honest about the car and did not pressure us to buy the car. They answered all of our questions and were available by calling or text. The car was an excellent price and in excellent condition. I am very happy with the car and service from Bill Brandt. More
