I sent an email and within minutes had a reply and a scheduled test drive. It was effortless working with my sales person, Anthony during my recent car buying experience. He asked me a lot of questions to ensure he was providing me with the right choice of vehicle for my needs. Anthony was incredibly responsive and helpful. I was extremely impressed with the manner in which I was treated. This is the way car buying SHOULD be. No pressure, no haggling back and forth, no uncertainty of if I was making the right decision or not. I simply told him what my needs and specific budget was, and he delivered. It was by far the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I've had, and Anthony is to thank for it. I commend him on his approach, professionalism, and his concern to help his customers make the choice that is right for THEM. I truly hope Anthony gets the recognition he deserves. We went to purchase a Chevy diesel truck and were attended by Tony the sales rep. He did an excellent job throughout the whole process making it an enjoyable experience. I purchased my dodge avenger at mazda. The purchase and sales experience was excellent. Kudos to the sales department. My issue was every experience I had with the service department was ridiculous and a d sales experience was excellent. Kudos to the sales department. My issue was every experience I had with the service department was ridiculous and a drawn out process. Ranging from 2 hour waits for a simple oil change to waiting 2 weeks for repairs to be accomplished and being threatened to have my rental taken away because it was not going to be covered even though it was the dealerships fault my car messed up. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone even though the sales staff is amazing and friendly, the service staff is crap. More
