Great experience for the second time I returned to Biggers after driving the Galant I bought there 11 years prior to get a new vehicle. The same salesman, Jim Casey, and General Manager, I returned to Biggers after driving the Galant I bought there 11 years prior to get a new vehicle. The same salesman, Jim Casey, and General Manager, Emal Noor, were still there. They treated me like it was like a happy family reunion! Jim was great to work with, very knowledgeable about the vehicles, and help me feel comfortable with the experience. The Galant was an excellent car for 193,000 miles. Not your typical Used Car Salesmen here! My husband and i were looking for a car for our 16 year old. We had been to many, many dealerships and website. We were in the area of Elgin and on Ch My husband and i were looking for a car for our 16 year old. We had been to many, many dealerships and website. We were in the area of Elgin and on Chicago Ave there are many dealerships so we went to them. Pretty much all tge dealerships we went to, they were trying to sell us things outside our budget or upgrafe from what we wanted etc etc. Then we walked in Biggers and I can promise you, we are NOT going to go anywhere again. PERIOD. Max Lizotte was not ypur typical Used car salesman. He really listened to what we as parents wanted and needed. He did not shove other producta down our throats. He was patient. Even though there was someone already waiting for him but he did not rush us. Absolutely amazing. I strongly recommend Maxwell and the entire team at Biggers. BTW, the price we paid for our daughter's 2015 Outalnder fully loaded, is lower than any website or dealership out there. Great job Biggers!! More
