Great experience! After doing a lot of online research, I had narrowed my new car search down to 3 SUVs. I visited Biggers Mitsubishi first to take a look at the Outlan After doing a lot of online research, I had narrowed my new car search down to 3 SUVs. I visited Biggers Mitsubishi first to take a look at the Outlander. My salesman, Jim Casey, was awesome! He gave me all the info I was looking for and was patient and not at all pushy. It took me a week, and 2 visits, to make up my mind on what options I wanted, and when I came back for my third visit, Jim made sure that not only I was happy with my choice, but that my wife was happy with it too. Happy to say that I left with an Outlander SEL with the premium package at a price I was comfortable with! Thanks to Jim Casey, and to Emal, the GM, for making my first new car search in 12 years so comfortable!!! More

Did not purchase, but awesome experience! I was in the market for a pretty cheap car for a student driver. After all that shopping Max was the only Salesman that continued to search and contact me in a friendly manor to see if he could assist in any way. I'm very aware that I did not get follow up contacts from the other dealerships based on my budget. I understand that while attempting to buy cars it's hard to find someone to trust. I would highly recommend shopping at Biggers Mitsubishi. My recommendation is absolutely based on the effort, integrity and all around great feeling I experienced with Max. keep up the great work! Jim again was so helpful and very friendly. During our experience at Biggers Mitsubishi we came in contact with sales people that were friendly and not fake. For us that was very important and made us want to purchase from them. You knew they genuinely wanted to help you and do what they could to get you the car you wanted. We purchased a 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander and the car is amazing it runs great I couldn't be happier with the purchase. When we signed our contract we were with the dealership manager Emal and he was also very genuine and super friendly guy. With Biggers Mitsubishi you didn't feel like you were just a sale to them. I highly recommend Biggers Mitsubishi and even if you don't get Jim every person we came in contact with we're helpful and genuine. More
