I received a video of the mechanic checking my vehicle and what he recommended services for my vehicle then an associate came in and talked to me about the findings on my vehicle. They took a very long time and the representative seemed not to happy that I told him I could change the air cabin filter myself instead of paying 60 dollars for them to do it. Then he told me my car wouldn't be washed because the car washer was broken a second representative that was helping another lady offered to wash her car and then mine. When I told him the other guy had said the car washer was broken he said it was the other dealer's car washer but he would have mine washed if I wanted it. It me feel that the previous guy was just upset about the air cabin thing. My representative's name was Jose, I just looked it up. I have gone to Bigger's for my car maintenance since moving here from Texas. It's about an hour and a half away from me. I was going there because I trust them. This last visit left a bad taste.
