My experience at Biggers Mitsubishi has been the best experience I have had so far. Not only was Jim and Emal so helpful with finding the perfect car for me, but the warranty on my car is amazing! I am now entered in a drawing for a $200 gas card which is just a bonus! On top of all that I get a free oil change and once I reach a 1,000 miles on my car I get to bring it in for a check up for free ((: I would recommend this dealer to anyone because my car and all the other cars on the lot are beautiful. Although I bought a new car, my initial plan was to get a used car. The prices on the used cars are by far the lowest it can get for a great car! Everyone there will make your experience super easy and so enjoyable for you.! More

It's really a different buying experience for us and will definitely come back To that dealership in the future. More
I have bought a lot of cars over the years and am always skeptical of dealerships. This experience was probably about the best I've ever had! Raymond knew his product extremely well (I could tell over the phone) and made the entire process very enjoyable for my wife and I. He had a couple of vehicles ready to show us and spent a lot of time going over the vehicle with my wife since she would be driving the new car most of the time and was very patient with us as well. We had never leased a vehicle before (because we had heard horror stories), so he brought out his manager, Emal Noor, who really educated us on all of our options without pushing us to go in any certain direction! The thing my wife and I appreciated more than anything else was the fact that it didn't even feel like a car dealership, there was no pressure and Emal gave us a great deal (based on a lot of internet research) without having a salesman running back and forth (I HATE that!!!). I would honestly say that I would never go elsewhere to buy a car! More
Went to Biggers Mitsubishi to trade in my 2008 Mazda CX-9 Grand Touring for a 2010 Outlander because I had heard great things about it and my wife needed a better car in the snow. Upon my entrance to the lot I was welcomed by a friendly salesman by the name of Jim Casey. He went through the typical dog and pony show as every car salesman does and the whole process didnt get interesting until the Finance Manager got involved. I wont get into the pure details but I will post some of what he said to me below. Please keep in mind that tis conversation took place after he tried to undercut my trade by $3500 which he later added in upon my second visit. I said "You are going to put the Mazda on your lot for 25k-27k" He responded "If you can find someone to buy that car for 25k, you tell them to come to me and I will sell it to them". I said, when I told Jim Casey I wanted the 60 Month Financing Option, he came back at 72 months at a higher rate that was not disclosed to me. Emil said to that, and I quote " If you would have asked about the rate, we would have told you. The rates are posted on out website, you could have gone there and found them." I said at the conclusion of this nightmare, "Let me tell you what I really think, I dont know if I want to do business with you as of now." He said" Let me tell you what I think, if you find someone to pay 25k for that car, I will eat the check." All in all, it was a horrible experience from the start. They decieve you from the get go and try to justify it by belittling you. Maybe I am wrong, so you be the judge. If you like get taking advantage of and lied to, Biggers is your spot. In closing I went to Schaumburg Mitsubishi and they put together a much better quote on the 1st try. They are very straight forward without the deception!
