Another New Mits We unexpectedly bought a new Mitsubishi Outlander Sport at the end of last year (2016). Tom Bitner was our salesperson but became more than that. We c We unexpectedly bought a new Mitsubishi Outlander Sport at the end of last year (2016). Tom Bitner was our salesperson but became more than that. We considered him a friend by the time the evening was over because he was non-pressure and very knowledgeable and we know we could drop in to see him anytime and we'd feel welcome. It's not just a sale to him. So here we are in February of 2017 and I brought in my 1998 Mitsubishi Montero Sport which I dearly loved. It was short of 200,000 miles by 800 miles and had no rust and needed an oil change. Well much to my dismay there was a gas leak and one thing led to another and my husband and I after taking a couple days to think it over decided to bite the bullet and buy another auto. I was turning in my Montero and to be honest I was quite sad. There's one person that we would deal with and that was Tom Bitner. We didn't want to have to go through any high pressured sale and I knew we wouldn't get that with him. We would have complete honesty and he "knew" how much the Montero meant to me. Now in the midst of all this Keith from Service heard about us being there and came to see us and was sad like me to see the Montero go but we also knew that Keith would take care of both our new ventures in the future with much pride and care. We bought another Outlander Sport as we liked the one my husband got except I got a different color! Also the warranty offered at only this dealer ship can't be beat anywhere. It's a win win!
