I contacted Biggers To inquire about a Mitsubishi Outlander. I was put in touch with Tyler Pergrem. Tyler made sure they had what I wanted available and scheduled me for a test drive and for them to Outlander. I was put in touch with Tyler Pergrem. Tyler made sure they had what I wanted available and scheduled me for a test drive and for them to price my trade in. Tyler showed me a choice of vehicles with the options I wanted and more. He explained the pluses and minuses of each vehicle and let me choose which one I wanted to put in for. The rest of the team was pleasant as well. No one was pushy nor did they use any of the same old sales tactics. I told them what I wanted to put down with my trade and what I wanted my monthly payment to be and they delivered without trying to make it higher. They showed me additional warranties such as six year coverage on wheels and tires and 7 years coverage on the paint and interior and left it up to me to add or not. All and all a great experience and I would highly recommend Tyler and the Biggers Crew. More
