First Time Car Buyer, Great Experience We just finished the process on purchasing a Mitsubishi Outlander Sport from Biggers Mitsubishi. We worked with Tom Bitman throughout the process. W We just finished the process on purchasing a Mitsubishi Outlander Sport from Biggers Mitsubishi. We worked with Tom Bitman throughout the process. With my car recently totaled in an accident, we had a bit of a time crunch to get a new car and Tom was able to help us out. He went out of his way to find us several cars in the area that matched the color and model we were looking for, which was obviously a tougher job since we were looking for a 2016 and they were running out of them quickly. Tom and his team were pretty straightforward and not only got us the car we wanted with some extra features, but they were good at advising us on the best deal to take. While we got confused about the money at one point, it never felt like this team was trying to take advantage of us. Ultimately, we are very pleased with the car and with Biggers for their treatment during this process. We especially appreciate Tom going to get the car for us, having it nicely detailed and ready when he said he would, and the time he spent showing us all the bells and whistles. And while we didn't have to take advantage of it, it was nice that Biggers was willing to give us a loaner so I could have something to use to get to work if my rental from the insurance company ran out.
