Currently 49 years old. Have bought over nine cars from this dealership since I was 22. The old service director Keith use to give me some discounts while getting my vehicle Have bought over nine cars from this dealership since I was 22. The old service director Keith use to give me some discounts while getting my vehicle serviced. New service director Mike will no longer honor those same discounts. I guess all the years and all the money spent in the service department means nothing. Things change, time changes. Sounds like time for me to visit a new service department where the dealership appreciates my long term business. Will not be returning there again. More

Nathen was curious and very helpful, he called to explain what needed to be repaired and why it didn't start after the battery was charged also what was needed at some point or now if I wanted it replaced al what needed to be repaired and why it didn't start after the battery was charged also what was needed at some point or now if I wanted it replaced all was general maintenance. I choose to have it serviced now I have been keeping up with maintenance since I got the outlander new in 2008 from Mitsubishi and the serviceman never stirred me wrong.
