I knew nothing about the brand. I walked into Biggers and Brian introduced himself and patiently listened to my story. I was upfront that I was just stopping in to check out the cars and that I wanted to learn more. Brian answered every question and took the time to ask me about my previous car, my likes / dislikes, my driving habits and budget. I returned a few days later to test drive a Mazda 3 they had on the lot. I was still in the middle of processing the loss of my previous car with my insurance company and didn't believe I could buy a new car at the time. Brian explained that they could work with the financing and that I didn't need to wait on the insurance company to replace my car. What a relief. Brian went out of his way to help me feel comfortable with the car and the purchase. I returned a few days later to buy the car. Not only did Brian patiently answer all my questions (and I had a lot of question), ease my worries with purchase he also took care of the rental car I was driving at the time. This was a huge help. The entire process was easy, stress free and actually..... fun. While waiting for the processing to be complete on the car I overheard various conversations of other customers and listened to the staff interact with each other. Every interaction was polite, patient and easy going. I will highly recommend Brian and the entire Biggers staff. More

The all-new 2014 Mazda3 got my attention so I stopped at Biggers Mazda 12/26 for a test drive. David Domanski was the salesman on the floor who assisted. Didn’t take long to make up my mind, so I followed up with David the next day to get their price on the car. Price he gave was lower than comparables. Went back 12/28, sat down with David (and Glenn, Biggers finance guy) to flesh out trade-in and financing. Got it close enough to pull the trigger, and I was out after a couple of hours with a brand new car! David was easy to work with, pretty straightforward, and no high-pressure sales tactics. Anybody looking to get a Mazda, I highly recommend Biggers at Elgin (and salesman David Domanski). More

My dad brought my 2007 Mazda 3 in for service for me on October 18. The car had 100,000 miles on it. I was in the market for a new car and I was really interested in the Mazda CX5. Brian showed my dad the car, and invited both of my parents back on Saturday the 19th to check it out. My parents are a tough sell- and they both new it was a good deal. I went back on October 26, and test drove the car. Needless to say, my decision was made. I live in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area, and both Brian and Rocco in finance were very helpful in getting everything taken care of for me. Brian and Rocco even kept going over the numbers with different options I was considering and interested in! Rocco was extremely helpful and patient with me explaining all the financial aspects of the interstate lease-he even called a Mazda dealership in Appleton, WI to make sure he was conveying the right information and getting everything in order so I won't be hit with any surprises when I go to register the car here once I get the packet in the mail in the next week or so. It was actually a lot of fun! My lease is for 39 months, and I can guarantee I will be back! Thank you again for the great service and experience! I was at the dealership to get normal service on my Mazda Protege, which had 177,000 miles on it. While I was not interested in buying a new car (mine drove great), David still took the time to show me what the new Mazda 3 had to offer. He was a great help to me because he wanted to understand my driving needs and showed me a car that fit those needs. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained how the features worked. With the excellent help of Rocco in Finance, I never experienced a smoother, easier process of buying a new car. When David and Rocco showed me the financial incentives from Mazda that were expiring that day, I said YES and saved $3,000.00 on my new Mazda 3. Of all the Mazda dealers I have dealt with for both service and buying, I have never met a higher caliber dealership...and that is saying quite a bit since it was my fourth Mazda and over 500,000 miles of driving them.
