While some dealers insisted on us stopping, Joe responded in a very timely and professional manner per e-mail, saving us lots of time. When we finally made an appointment, he already had the car pulled and ready for a test drive. There was no wasted time, no beating around the bush. We purchased the car and love the car. Buying a new car. We honestly weren’t even looking at Mazdas. We stopped at Biggers on the way to Hyundai to get a Santa Fe. I suggested we at least look at the CX-5.
