My husband and I bought a 2008 Mazda 3, five-door from Biggers. We were told it was in great shape, we got the car fax, we thought we were buying a great car! WRONG! They rushed us through the car buyin Biggers. We were told it was in great shape, we got the car fax, we thought we were buying a great car! WRONG! They rushed us through the car buying process, and since we've gotten the car home, we have had nothing but problems. First, the ENTIRE engine guard was missing. Now, this thing is huge, it covers the engine from wheel to wheel under the car, and it was GONE. Although the car was still under the bumper to bumper warranty Biggers made us pay for the new part, and they KNEW it was gone when they sold it to us. And now, less than three months after we bought the car, the engine light came on. I thought maybe it was a reminder to check the car around 40k miles; we are at 37k. Wrong again! An oxygen sensor for emissions is off and it's going to cost over $600. I will never buy from Biggers Mazda, Subaru... Anything again. And if I am ever asked about my car buying experience I will tell the truth of the horrible time I had. STAY AWAY! You're only asking for trouble. More
I had a great experience in buying new 2010 Mazda3 from Marco P. He quoted me the best price of 14 dealers that I contacted via email. The car was ready for me when I arrived, and was in and out in less Marco P. He quoted me the best price of 14 dealers that I contacted via email. Had a touch time seeling my Mazda 3 with 31,000 for $10,500 "because it has so many miles and it has roll down windows." It is now listed at $12,500; had been $12,900. What's the gig? The salesman was $10,500 "because it has so many miles and it has roll down windows." It is now listed at $12,500; had been $12,900. What's the gig? The salesman was nice to work with. the owner did call me back about my expereince. I also thought that having purchased 1 new 2009 they might advance a courtesy of puttin on some new mud guards to insure customer satisfaction. was told that that job would be $70. Firestone did it for $20...Maybe I expect too much? More

He was able to get it at residual for a good price to me, but it had a few minor things i wanted fixed. I decided to call the dealer he ha leased it from and work with them to have them buy it from Mazda USA at a lower cost, meet in the middle on the items i wanted fixed and keep the price at the residual cost. I called Russel because my girlfriend had bough a new 3 from him last year. Monday I call and tell him that my friend has his lease coming up and I would like to work with them to get the car rather than buy it at residual. Mon night i get a call from my friend that Mazda will now not let him transfer his residual buy to me. Tues my friend turns it in, no contact from Russel Wed no call from Russel End result, they decided to sell the car to someone else. I called to work WITH these guys, and they decided to work FOR THEMSELVES and basically steal the buy. I know they are a car dealer so they are dirty in general, but that move shows they cannot be trusted. DONT WORK WITH RUSSEL< DONT GO TO BIGGERS More
I've never had so much trouble purchasing a vehicle before that this made the whole experience of buying a car more frustrating than exciting. Once the vehicle was purchased I experienced nothing but p before that this made the whole experience of buying a car more frustrating than exciting. Once the vehicle was purchased I experienced nothing but problems; ie: the heat going out in the middle of winter, oil leakage and the motor on the power mirrors as well as the 6 dics cd player malfunctioning, just to name a few. With this, I found it almost impossible to get ahold of any of the sales reps. or even recieve a call back after leaving my contact info. Once the papers were signed and the deal was done I then found out that I needed new plates which would cost me $60. Now, (after two months) I have still yet to recieve my new plates and my Illinois temps. are about to expire and once again, here I sit wating for a call back. I would never do business with Bigger's ever again. More
