I stopped by to speak with him, and met with other Biggers employees who were equally easy to deal with. When I signed on to buy, the Biggers finance guy was friendly and informative regarding financing and warranty options, but no pressure to purchase what I didn't want. When picked up my new car, the Biggers team went over all the operating features and made sure I was comfortable when I left. Overall, a great experience compared to the "what do I gotta do" pinkie-ring guys at other dealerships I visited. More

I began my search for a new Mazda by researching price and inventory on the internet. After requesting some information, I was contacted by Jonathan Sammons at Biggers Mazda. I had many questions and wanted straightforward answers and Jonathan always had the information I needed. He was always willing to take the time and answer ALL of my questions (and I had a lot of them!) There were no typical "car salesman games" just a very unpressured, good experience. We have owned a number of Mazdas previously and had them serviced at Biggers. Steve Kershaw, the Service Manager, has always taken care of our cars like we were family. Their service department is top notch -- definitely something to think about when buying a new car. Bottom line--Biggers takes care of their customers! More
Everyone at the dealer was very friendly and informative from the time I walked in to the time I left. I had first gone to a Mazda dealer in Naperville to view a used Cx-7 and was given minimal attention, w from the time I walked in to the time I left. I had first gone to a Mazda dealer in Naperville to view a used Cx-7 and was given minimal attention, was spoken to very rudely, and was not given information on different payment options or deals. On my way home from that unpleasant experience, I stopped by the Biggers Mazda dealer which is where I bought my last car. Franco was very nice and came outside immediately to answer any questions. We went on a test drive and he described many of the deals and incentives going on at the time. Over the next few days, I spoke with Jonathan when Franco was not available. Jonathan was very knowledgeable about each different CX-7 model and the different inclusions that came with each one and the price differences. Before I left with the new vehicle, he Jonathan thoroughly explained everything inside and outside of the car to both my fiancé and me. He helped me choose the CX-7 model that was right for me. Overall, everyone went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable during my new purchase and definitely made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. More

I also was looking at the Honda Accord, Hyundai Sonata, Chevy Malibu, Pontiac G6, Saturn Aura, and Ford Fusion. (Granted the Pontiac and Saturn were forced to be much less expensive for consideration.) From the very beginning the Biggers Mazda team made me feel comfortable. Since I work full time plus am active with a charitable organization, my time looking at cars was limited to later in the evening or on Saturdays. The Mazda team was the most accomodating and not intimidating at all. We had several conversations but it was never a high pressure sales atmosphere. For example, when we were talking "numbers" they were very direct and presented numbers. Unlike some of the others that would give me an approximation at best. In fact the Honda dealer wanted me to give them $500 before they would quote the Accord I wanted. Could I have gotten a better price? Who knows? What I do know is that I feel good about my purchase. I was treated with respect. They kept the buying process as a "no pressure" event. I get compliments on the car and I love driving it. After 4 months I have almost 7500 miles on the odometer. I would recommend Biggers Mazda to any of my friends. More
Franco went above and beyond with finding the car I wanted, when I needed it. After being having my previous car totaled in an accident, I needed a new car fast and knew what I was looking for. The salesperson that handled my transaction was Brian; I also worked closely with the general manager Ron. I came to Biggers with the intention of leasing a 2011 Mazda3, and was pretty dejected when that fell through. Brian not only didn't allow me to get discouraged, but was able to place me in a car that met all of my needs (style, quality of vehicle, price range etc). My situation was a little unusual compared to the normal car buying experience but Ron did everything possible to make sure I was satisfied and did not give up on me even when I was ready to wash my hands of it. Brian even met me at the dealership when he wasn't working, when I decided to proceed with my purchase. I do not typically write reviews, but such a positive experience with Brian and Ron has moved me to do so. Brian's professionalism & know-how, combined with his friendly, go-getter attitude made me extremely confident in my decision to purchase my car from Biggers. Ron was very hands-on and made sure I was comfortable with my decision, answered any questions I had and carefully walked me through every bit of the process. I will certainly refer family and friends to Biggers Mazda in Elgin. More
