I had done my homework about what my trade-in was worth, what incentives were available and how much I should pay for my new 2011 Mazda CX7. They had several in stock, and had one that was perfectly equipped for me. Their initial offer was surprisingly fair and they passed on incentives without even asking. Everything was explained by Ron and David and was very clear. After a small negotiation of a couple of add-ons, we came to a very fair deal...no haggling or game-playing. David explained every feature of my new Mazda and even set up my blue-tooth and my first free maintenance visit!
