I took my 3 to this dealership because the service at another Mazda dealer was subpar. Steve Kershaw has been great to deal with - he treats my vehicle as if it was his own. When we arrived we were greeted promptly and felt welcome. David listened attentively and showed us the vehicles he had available on the lot close to what we were looking for. During our second visit to Biggers, we worked out the financial details with Joe which were straightforward with no game playing. A vehicle was located in the color and options we wanted and made available for delivery within a few days. At the time of delivery David took the time to explain some of features and walked us through pairing the cars Bluetooth to our phone. We were also introduced to the Service Manager and the service intervals were reviewed. A few days after delivery we received a call from David thanking us for choosing Biggers and asked if there were any questions about operation of features. Our experience was positive and based on that would recommend Biggers Mazda to others. More
