No additional fees or add on packages you never wanted in the first place. I contacted Franco because there are a lot of positive reviews online from his customers. He was professional, answered all of my questions, gave me the CPO inspection report, and gave me an itemized out the door price over the phone with no hesitation. Also, there are no finance managers. The salesperson you make the deal with is the one who guides you through signing the contract. Like I said earlier, no pressure at all to buy any packages or warranties. This is a rare experience in the car market today. Yes, he couldn't lower the price on the CPO 2021 CX5, but it was already fairly priced unlike Carmax where they don't negotiate and they are $3k to $4k above the market. I asked Franco if their lenders could beat the 12.69% interest rate my credit union gave me, he ran my credit and was able to help me secure a 9.25% APR from a local bank. When I had an issue getting a ride to the dealership for a test drive and to sign the papers, his manager arranged for one of their employees to pick me up at my house and bring me in for the deal. I live 26 miles from the dealership! Overall, this was an easy, stress free process. You really can't ask for much more than that. More
Tried working with Franco Ruffolo. Straight up said they do not negotiate. I went in a few days later hoping that maybe an in-person negotiation would be better. The moment he recognized me he told me rather aggressively that they do not negotiate. He told my wife that they are basically Carmax. We left. No offer to speak to the General Manager or Sales Manager. More
I’m a young guy, rates are high now and yet, they gave me a great rate with special financing. No haggling, and almost a couple thousand off a brand new Mazda 3 Hatchback Carbon. There was no pressure to buy it, I never once felt obligated to continue in the buying process, even though I knew I wanted the car already. Overall 10/10. More

Biggers Mazda in Elgin I truly dislike the service department through the years!! I had a previous CX5 and kept thinking I don’t want another Mazda because of this dealership. They treat women d department through the years!! I had a previous CX5 and kept thinking I don’t want another Mazda because of this dealership. They treat women disrespectfully and basically want you to not say a word and accept lousy service and faulty “genuine faulty parts”. Women have a brain and know when the quality is substandard. But I decided to purchase the CX50 turbo and I love my SUV but I had another negative issue with Biggers Mazda. I paid almost $400 for Biggers of Elgin, to install new mud-flaps on my CX50. My mistake was not actually checking the mud-flaps and installation after completion. After hiking yesterday with my son, I realized I have debris stuck inside of the mudflaps- leaves and dirt. Anyway, I looked closely at the front mud-flaps and they are not tight against the SUV. The back mud flaps are secure and tight- just like in my old CX5 were. So I drove over to Biggers Mazda in Elgin and they took it back. After a half hour it was “fixed” and I could go. I look at the mud-flaps and they were not taken off and reinstalled. I ask why they didn’t fix them and I was told they are fine. They are not fine in the front. I don’t want a gap where all this debris will accumulate. Imagine over time what a mess that would be?? The service man said nothing we can do about it. I told him I am not okay paying almost $400 and they are junk. It looks like crap on my almost 40K car! I asked for the service manager and he told me the same thing- this is the way they are suppose to be! He was acting like I am some idiot and would just accept it. The manager talked down to me and was rude. I showed him how they separate and loose from the car. He then says stop pulling them. I told him the back ones are secure and you can’t pull them open. The car wash and driving will make it even worse. The mud-flaps should be secure!! I told him this and he asked me if I was done? I then looked at him in the eye and asked him if he was done!! I can’t believe he talked to me that way! Imagine being talked to like that!! There is no way he would have talked to a man like that. I told him I want my money back then because they look awful and over time it would hurt the car. The service manager of Biggers Mazda told me he will order new mud-flaps and I can come back for installation when they are in. I will have to deal with Biggers Mazda for the next four years and I do not want to. However, the other Mazda dealers are over 40 minutes from where I live. I will keep posting as needed. Biggers Mazda in Elgin is a big thumbs down. I love Mazda’s— too bad this dealership can’t treat a woman equal to a man. If you have defective parts or installation or service was not correct. Admit it and not just tell the woman she is SOL and have to deal with it. More

Every dealership I went to after was pressuring me, wouldn’t let me speak for myself and trying to have me pay more than I was comfortable with. I knew that, going with Franco at Biggers, I would be treated respectfully and not be pressured in my decisions. They gave me a great trade in value for my previous vehicle and the process was so smooth.
