The waiting area is a great family setting with good food and drinks. The oil change was done quickly with a complete inspection (written) of our RAV4 and a free wash job. I'm very pleased. More

Big Two service is a joke! Bought a brand new vehicle in 2017 which has been nothing but problems. Called for service for some concerns a couple weeks ago and the woman who answ Bought a brand new vehicle in 2017 which has been nothing but problems. Called for service for some concerns a couple weeks ago and the woman who answered had a ridiculous answer for every one of them, i.e. my phone won't charge because iPhones aren't compatible with Toyota, my car hesitates when starting out because my oil is dirty (not true, it's been doing that all along, even after an oil change), my brakes squeak cuz we live in the desert and ALL brakes squeak when it rains, etc., etc., etc. So I sent an email to the service manager, who apologized, asked for another chance, and told me to bring the car in at my convenience and ask for him, so we agreed it would be this morning at 8am. Not only could they not locate the service manager, but my name wasn't on the service list. After driving to the dealership, which was about 45 minutes out of my way, and sitting there for 15 minutes without a resolution, I finally just left. So I was an hour late for work for absolutely nothing. Done with this dealership. More

Lies, lies and more lies.. I bought a 2019 Tacoma and brought it I to service after I heard a howling coming from the rear differential. The tech rode with me in the truck confirming the howling coming from the rear end.... three days later they call and tell me that the howling noise is NORMAL! It only occurs from 55-60 and is loud. I didnt have that noise when I bought the truck less than 30 days ago! Drivetrain warranty...extended warranty...and they tell me "you just have to live with it". Oh, I test drove the same vehicle at another dealership and there was no noise, the tech lied telling me he drove 2-3 new trucks and the rear differential howls on all of the new Tacomas. Total runaround. I definately wont be coming back here again. More

The vehicle started making a horrible rattli Came to Phoenix from Albuquerque for the weekend with my daughter and her 1 year old baby in her 4Runner. The vehicle started making a horrible rattling noise coming from the rear. Drive over around 2 on a Saturday and by 3.30 they had diagnosed the vehicle with a rusted screw on the heat panel. Advised safe to drive back to Albuquerque the next day, and sent me on our way. Joe Preciado is a rock star in my eyes! They were so kind and understanding of my situation!!! More
Long time Customer I’ve been coming to this dealership since I left Active Duty (Army) since 2010. I have bought 2 vehicles from this location and have not had an issue I’ve been coming to this dealership since I left Active Duty (Army) since 2010. I have bought 2 vehicles from this location and have not had an issue. I have dealt with the same service manager (Billy Garlin). I’ve never had an issue and he’s always been friendly and helpful. Also they have given been great advice in the maintenance of my vehicle, which has saved me tons of money on the long term. More
