Disappointed in experience...appointment was at 7 am, sat in my car until 7:32 am when service tech took my info and sent me inside. Turns out the only service needed was tire rotation and inspection, took u in my car until 7:32 am when service tech took my info and sent me inside. You know how people hate to buy cars, well this dealership is a perfect representation of why. I guess I am to blame for assuming they would be honest in their transaction. I bet everyone but me already knows but DO NOT BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY. Eventhough they tell you it covers oil changes past their Toyota care, it doesn't. When purchasing the vehicle the guy SPECIFICALLY said all maintenance, and I stupidly paid $2,000 for it. I will be reaching out to a lawyer regarding this misrepresentation. More
I trust this dealership! I purchased my vehicle here because of the price (offered the best discount - significantly better than other Valley dealers!). We then moved away but now we are back in Gilbert. Coming back to Big Two for service only made since. We were NOT disappointed! We've used many dealer service shops over the years and seldom can I say the we "trust" Garrett and Big Two. We're customers for life! More
