60K Maintenance on 2015 Toyota Tacoma I just recently brought in my 2015 Toyota Tacoma for it's 60K maintenance service and found out that my service advisor had called in sick for that da I just recently brought in my 2015 Toyota Tacoma for it's 60K maintenance service and found out that my service advisor had called in sick for that day so I'd have to wait for the next available advisor which took an extra 10 minutes or so which wasn't that big of a deal since I had the day off. The advisor that helped me out did a great job of telling me what they would be working on and how long my wait would be, he also called a Lyft driver to give me a ride home since they were going to have to keep my truck for a bit longer than expected. I love the attention that I'm given anytime I bring my vehicle in for service and even when my regular advisor wasn't there I was tended to right away......I never come away disappointed and love the lounge area where you can grab a quick bite to eat and connect to their free wifi. More

Purchase under duress. Worst experience ever! I am a 70 year old diabetic widow who was pushed, under duress, into a purchase of a Highlander after 6 hours of badgering. A Worst experience ever! Asked within 24 hours to be let out of the contract, after being sick the entire night. I was told "No" - either take the car or we will have it delivered. Not only do I have a car I do not need, but every time I drive it, I get to relive the disrespect and duress I was under. More

Regular 55K Mile Service I had made an appointment earlier in the week and arrived about 10 minutes earlier and was warmly received by my Service Advisor. We went in a sat dow I had made an appointment earlier in the week and arrived about 10 minutes earlier and was warmly received by my Service Advisor. We went in a sat down to review my service requirements and then I take off on a bike ride for several hours. Upon my return, I got a cup of coffee and met with my advisor, Billy Garlin. All my service items were completed and he took me over to the cashier to pay and have my car brought around. My vehicle had been washed and I will be back for my next service. More
