Hi Katie B Thank you for taking the time to write a review about your service experience. I am disappointed to hear about the poor communication that occurred with your most recent service visit and I want to apologize for that. I have spoken with the employees that you have tagged in your review and as I piece it together I realize that Mike was unable to make it to work due to a family illness that he needed to help with and that added to the frustration of the situation. I also reviewed the electronic time stamps and verified that the majority of the time that was needed was for warranty repairs that required a part to be ordered therefore requiring the additional day with your vehicle. As I was speaking with Mike he told me that you had tried to call after the tech had already started on the repairs and he was able to triple the discount to try and help given the circumstances. I can see that you have worked with Mike several times in the past, he is typically very good with communication and taking care of his guests unfortunately he was not able to be here on that Friday. I am hopeful that you can give us another chance based on the multiple visits you had prior to this one. This is not the way we operate and we will focus on being better, your feedback helps.
