In addition to oil-change, I had some warranty items to work on such as rubber line on the roof was peeling.

I already made reservation prior to coming and consulted about their shuttle service. I had to wait in line for 30 minutes to get my car in. Because of that, I was late to catch their shuttle. So I had to wait another hour before they can take me to work.

In the afternoon, I was picked up by their shuttle. No problem. But we had to pick another customer up, a teacher. We arrived at the school, but she wasn't available. The shuttle driver started to call her, but not available. He started cursing. He tried to call several times, finally he walked out of the vehicle and went inside the building, still cursing. Courtesy = 0!

Picking up my vehicle, I noticed the rubber line was still a problem. They apparently tried to glue it, but it came off again. Come on! It's summer in Arizona. You can't just glue and expect it to fix it while the rubber line is already deformed due to heat!

I never went to Big Two anymore since then... If there were any 0 rating option, I would've given it to Big Two!

BTW, I went to another dealer in the area with the same issue, they replaced the rubber line, no question asked. More
The salesman i dealt with (cant remember his name) was very nice and friendly. Thats about the nicest thing i can say about this PIECE OF xxxx dealership. Please, save yourself a trip. For one, its in a v very nice and friendly. Thats about the nicest thing i can say about this PIECE OF xxxx dealership. Please, save yourself a trip. For one, its in a very crappy area, so it only has the bottom of the line trims on the toyotas, like the CE on the corolla for example. The manager is a jerk-off. Some big black gorilla lookin dude. He needs a few lessons in customer service. They try to talk you out of air bags and ABS just because they dont have any on the lot. How dumb is that? I recommend going anywhere except here. More
We recently (April) bought a 2004 Prius from this dealer. Because of the popularity of the car, many Toyota dealers are charging a premium for this wonderful vehicle. We were quoted (and charged) only the Because of the popularity of the car, many Toyota dealers are charging a premium for this wonderful vehicle. We were quoted (and charged) only the MSRP. We received it when promised and it was precisely the car we had ordered, with the options and paint color we had specified, and at the price we expected to pay. The dealership has gone out or their way to make sure we were fully satisfied with and educated about this new technology (Hybrid) vehicle. We also expect to take the vehicle to them for service, so I'll be able to rate their service in the future -- and I will.

By the way, the car has been GREAT!! We only have about 2400 miles on it, but it drives and handles like a dream and the lifetime gas mileage is running just a bit under 47 mpg! More
