I talked with the internet fleet manager. I had originally test drove a car with Tim Lemont. He was very nice and knowledgeable about the car I drove. I really wanted to buy a car from him based on how courteous he was to me. I also liked the fact he was a Vet. The next day, I went on truecar.com. I met with the fleet manager at the dealership a few hours later. He told me Tim was no longer there, but a few minutes later I ran into him on the floor. The fleet manager and the fleet director had me in the office. I was ready to buy a Camry and was willing to put quite a bit of cash down. They would not give any discounts or work with me whatsoever. I walked and was discouraged and upset. I couldn't believe a person who is ready to buy with some cash down and they could not strike a deal with me. I was shocked they let me walk away. I left, and 2 hours later brought a Mazda. Their lost for not working with customers. This gave me a bad inpression of Toyota, not very good customer service. They think their cars are so good they don't have to work with people. They lost a sale! Only person that was nice was Tim Lemont. More
My wife and I stopped by the dealership to look at the Tacoma. We'd been shopping around for a month or so and had a few bad experiences at other dealers. At Big Two Toyota Rick Bombara met us in the lot and was very friendly, helpful, patient and informative. He did not push us towards any particular model, nor was he unformed about the truck, unlike the salespeople we had meet at other dealerships. We drove one of the trucks, then asked Rick if we could drive a Camry. Without hesitation he walked us over to the Camry's and answered all our questions. My wife wanted a Tacoma, but she was not settled on which the color and level she wanted. Needless to say, she changed her mind several times. Without missing a beat Rick would locate the model and color she asked for and bring it to us to look at. After doing this for what seem like an eternity, my wife eventually chose the original truck we test drove. Rick was very professional and patient throughout the entire process. We also bought a new Camry at the same time. By this time we had put Rick through 5-6 hours of going back and forth. It was close to the closing time so, to help speed up the paperwork Doug Schutt assisted Rick. Because of previous obligations we decided to take ownership of the cars two days later. At that time Doug (Rick was unavailable) walked us through the particulars of each vehicle. The level of customer service we received from both Rick and Doug was exceptional. The dealership overall was clean, efficient and inviting. We have already recommended it to several of our family and friends. More

Unlike other car sales people we have worked with he never used high pressure sales techniques, which I detest and that’s the reason I and my husband decided to allow him to be our Sales Consultant. He is quite an asset to the Dealership and we wish him much success throughout his time with Big Two Toyota. We have no reservations in recommending him to others. About 2 months ago, I started shopping for a Scion FR-S. Big Two was the only dealership that had one for test drive at the time (they kept one in stock simply for this purpose), so I stopped by after work Big Two was the only dealership that had one for test drive at the time (they kept one in stock simply for this purpose), so I stopped by after work to check it out. At the time, it was only one of a few cars I was checking out and the first I had driven, so I thanked them for trying it out and mentioned I was going to check out a few other brands. I was never pressured to buy immediately or put any money down. After deciding to buy the FR-S, I put my name on the list wanting a particular color (I gave them a credit card to use for a $500 refundable deposit but it was never charged.) After a couple weeks, I found out my car had been allocated and was expected to arrive around Thanksgiving. Every time the status changed (car built, on the boat, in the states), I got a call with more and more accurate estimates of arrival. A couple days before it arrived, I filled out the paperwork and drove it home 2 days later when it arrived. Dennis and Ian work in Fleet and Internet Sales and I highly recommend both of them. Both the finance guys I worked with were pushy regarding the extended warranty, but otherwise the experience was flawless. I marked N/A for Price since Scion's Pure Price guaranteed that there was no haggling and there were no surprises. More
This is the 4th vehicle that we have purchased from Big Two and every experience keeps us coming back. Very straight forward in pricing and showing options that are available. I wasn't sure of what I wanted or the "extras" that were available, but Nissa took her time to explain everything every step of the way; what made each model different; cost comparison; and anything else necessary to fit my needs/wants. The time she took to show me all the working of the car after purchase was a true surprise and wonderful touch. Somehow a hug for her didn't seem like enough thanks for the pleasant experinece of purchasing a car!!! Big Two and Nissa will be recommended to all I know who are looking to purchase a Toyota. Am hoping than any necessary visits to the service department are as pleasant. Please make sure that Nissa is recoginzed for her professionalism, service and wonderful personality.
