Really appreciated their time and patience during our visit to the dealership. Both of these two individuals worked very hard to make the sale successful. Jay was very prompt in responding to email inquiries about vehicles and associated price, which allowed us to complete our research for purchasing a new vehicle even before visiting the dealership. If you are considering leasing a vehicle from the dealership please listen to me and RUN the other way. My lease was ending on my camry and 3 months prior to the end date I was notified of my options by Toyota Financial Services. One option was to purchase the vehicle. That is the option I chose and it caused me 3 months of aggravation and headaches because unfortunately you have to go back to the dealership you purchased the car from! The only way this dealership will "help" you is if you are purchasing a new vehicle. I spoke to so many people who pawned me off on somebody else the second they learned I did not want to buy a new car. They even directed me to leave messages (which I did!) for a person I later found out no longer even worked there. Going up the chain of command did nothing for me either. I got a lot of empty apologies but no effort to help me or resolve the simple issue of drawing up paperwork so I could buy the car. I've even had appointments scheduled with Wendy DiPerna two times and the first time she had "an emergency funeral" and never showed up and then today she just didn't show up and I was never told why. I had to find someone else on my own to do the paperwork. Today when I was down there for the very last time I will ever set foot in that dispicable dealership I heard a sales rep talking up that they pride themselves on customer service there. I burst into hysterical laughter as nothing is farther from the truth!! It would take more words than this slot allows for me to tell you all the horrors of this dealership that I personally experienced. Please, please, go somewhere else because no one should have to experience what I did when you spend a large amount of hard earned money there. More

They were really nice and patient even thoughthe car I came for was already purchased they stayed until 11pm to get me a 2011 Toyota Camry that I love. I recently purchased a new 2013 Tundra from Big Two. I was actually deployed to Afghanistan when I started looking for a Tundra around Phoenix. Nissa was absolutely wonderful to work with. She responded immediately upon submitting an inquiry on the Big Two website and was the ONLY dealer in the Phoenix valley that actually wanted to work with me to find a vehicle while I was still in Afghanistan. I ended up purchasing my new Tundra towards the end of my tour, but was still out of the country nonetheless. Nissa made all the arrangements to get my paperwork to me and was able to hold the truck until I returned to Phoenix. She even "fought off" several fellow salesmen to keep the truck for me! When I went to pick up my new truck they had it very beautifully cleaned and detailed and ready before I got there. I would absolutely recommend Nissa at Big Two Toyota in Chandler! More
I talked with the internet fleet manager. I had originally test drove a car with Tim Lemont. He was very nice and knowledgeable about the car I drove. I really wanted to buy a car from him based on how courteous he was to me. I also liked the fact he was a Vet. The next day, I went on truecar.com. I met with the fleet manager at the dealership a few hours later. He told me Tim was no longer there, but a few minutes later I ran into him on the floor. The fleet manager and the fleet director had me in the office. I was ready to buy a Camry and was willing to put quite a bit of cash down. They would not give any discounts or work with me whatsoever. I walked and was discouraged and upset. I couldn't believe a person who is ready to buy with some cash down and they could not strike a deal with me. I was shocked they let me walk away. I left, and 2 hours later brought a Mazda. Their lost for not working with customers. This gave me a bad inpression of Toyota, not very good customer service. They think their cars are so good they don't have to work with people. They lost a sale! Only person that was nice was Tim Lemont. More
My wife and I stopped by the dealership to look at the Tacoma. We'd been shopping around for a month or so and had a few bad experiences at other dealers. At Big Two Toyota Rick Bombara met us in the lot Tacoma. We'd been shopping around for a month or so and had a few bad experiences at other dealers. At Big Two Toyota Rick Bombara met us in the lot and was very friendly, helpful, patient and informative. He did not push us towards any particular model, nor was he unformed about the truck, unlike the salespeople we had meet at other dealerships. We drove one of the trucks, then asked Rick if we could drive a Camry. Without hesitation he walked us over to the Camry's and answered all our questions. My wife wanted a Tacoma, but she was not settled on which the color and level she wanted. Needless to say, she changed her mind several times. Without missing a beat Rick would locate the model and color she asked for and bring it to us to look at. After doing this for what seem like an eternity, my wife eventually chose the original truck we test drove. Rick was very professional and patient throughout the entire process. We also bought a new Camry at the same time. By this time we had put Rick through 5-6 hours of going back and forth. It was close to the closing time so, to help speed up the paperwork Doug Schutt assisted Rick. Because of previous obligations we decided to take ownership of the cars two days later. At that time Doug (Rick was unavailable) walked us through the particulars of each vehicle. The level of customer service we received from both Rick and Doug was exceptional. The dealership overall was clean, efficient and inviting. We have already recommended it to several of our family and friends. More
