Best car purchasing experience ever. Gave me the best price, best trade in value and by far the best experience ever. I didn't feel pressured, they treated me so nice and answered all of my questions and I never felt rushed. Even the financing person was exceptional. I can't say enough about this dealership and how they treated us, we walked out of there a customer for life with big two toyota for that is how impressed we were. Before we stopped by big two we went to larry miller toyota on bell road in peoria, the internet sales person never showed up after waiting 45 minutes and I had a scheduled appt with him, plus the internet sales director wasn't there either, so we got another sales person who offered me my trade in value half of what was on kelly blue book and black book was. They then decided to charge us extra 1,700 for window tint and desert protection package which Lee informed me would be free and the price of the car there was iwth no discount, plus I felt pressured and the sales manager couldn't explain to me why our trade in value came in so low he just said it was because he boss told him to do it. Then they wanted me to sign and purchase a car when I informed me that I was just stopping by so that they could appraise my trade in and I wasn't ready to purchase a car. When I left the sales person told us that no one would offer so more then they just did. I mean how unprofessional, I really don't know how they stay in business and I will never purchase a car from larry Miller Toyota on Bell Road in Peoria Arizona. Then the next stop by was Big Two Toyota were Brian informed me that if I make the drive down there 56 miles on way, he would make sure that I am satisifed with everything that they do and that they would earn my business and I would leave with a toyota and a price that I was happy with. Well, he was right and again, they ensured I had water, coffee or something to drink and I was at Larry Miller Toyota for over 2 hours and was never even offered water. Big Two is the best dealership that I have ever purchased a car from and every one of the staff that we dealt with was professional, curtious and informative. Just a pleasant experience. More
I must say I'am one those who absolutely hates going to dealerships. Past experience has made me that way. Don't trust them as far as I could throw them. We wandered the lot unimpeded by sales reps for a good period of time trying to narrow down my wife's choices (She is very particular),but when she triggers that's what we get. Our sale rep was Jeff Wright. Jeff gave us our space, never pressured, made a few suggestions. When my wife said whats out back his response was lets get a cart and find out. That's where she found what she liked. Jeff was a pleasure to deal with. Straight up guy No xx, no trying to up sale, no back and forth to the manger tower 20 times, and no bringing the manger over to hard sale you. We were treated with professionalisum and respect the whole time we were on the property. Thanks Big Two More

This was the best car buying experience that I've had. This was entirely due to Nissa Stuhmer and started when I called and asked for the "Costco dealer". Over the phone she was very polite and answered all my questions and made herself available to meet me that same day. She was very knowledgeable and made everything transparent by showing me the Costco negotiated price and listened to everything I wanted and to everything I didn't want too. She never tried to sell me on things I didn't want on my car. I came in with specific needs/wants for a car that my wife was going to drive. When that specific car wasn't on the lot she found 2 in California. When they were unwilling to trade that exact car to Big Two Toyota Nissa told me she could get me one in a different color or we could wait as they made the car and shipped it over. She never used this as a tactic to pressure me into buying a car on the lot. We decided to wait to get the color and the features we wanted. During the two month wait she updated us on the status of the car via text but never called me to try to sell me on something on the lot. This shocked me as my other car buying experiences have all been about constant calling and trying to get me to buy something I didn't want. During this whole process she responded to texts even when she had the day off. She assured me that if the car arrived on her day off she'd come in or have someone who knew what was going on help my wife and I. At all times I felt that things weren't going to get screwed up as I usually do when dealing with sales people. My past experience is after the sale is made they don't care about you anymore. This isn't the vibe I got from Nissa. In fact she texted to make sure everything with the car was fine in the days after we picked up the car. My wife called her about questions a few weeks later and she answered those too. My wife and I are very difficult to please and we were both extremely happy in our choice to choose Big Two Toyota in Chandler and that is 100% due to Nissa. In summary if you want to buy a Toyota you should buy it from Nissa. James More

This is the second new car that we have purchased from Big Two Toyota. We could not be more pleased with the sales staff and the service department! All of our questions were answered, we were given time and encouraged to compare and contrast two different vehicles, and the finance department was efficient and fast. The service that we've had for our first Toyota purchased from this dealer has been top notch. We have nothing but positive comments for the Toyota brand and this dealership! More

Nissa even helped me hook up my iPAD in my car! I can honestly say, I have never worked with a better sales person and I have worked with VW, Chevy, Dodge, and Honda. Dana in the finance department also worked with me, and got me the best extended warranty coverage that fit my needs. He was very knowledgable, and had the paperwork all lined up; such a relief! I would definitely refer my friends and family to Chandler Toyota and especially Nissa! More
We had a budget/trade in for our new car. I wanted to see if this dealership was different then the others around town and I was right. I never felt pressure to make snap decisions at anytime. Timothy, Paul and Brandon were very helpful & understanding of our budget and finding the right car for us. Tim did a great job in listening and allowing us to look at each Prius until we found the one that fit us. Never pressured us just to one car like other dealerships try to do. I had my 6 year old boy with me and Tim was kind toward him and spoke to him. Usually the salesmen just want to talk about the car to the adults. Not Tim. He even made him a paper airplane. It was great working with him. Paul was great at explaining the differences between each car and listen to what we were looking for so we didn't have to look at Prius that were out of our budget. Like Tim , Paul was a great listener and never pressured us into one car. When it was time to sign the paper work. Brandon did a great job explaining the different payment plans and the different warranties that would fit with in our lifestyle of driving. Even in his office I never felt pressured to make a snap decision. I will tell anyone if they are looking for a new or used car to go to Big Two Toyota Scion of Chandler. More
I absolutely HATE the car buying process but this is the 5th car I have bought from Big Two Toyota and the reason we keep going back there is not only the quality of the Toyota but this dealership is by far 5th car I have bought from Big Two Toyota and the reason we keep going back there is not only the quality of the Toyota but this dealership is by far, the BESTdealership I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Their customer service and ease of purchasing takes all that "ugly stuff" out of the car buying experience. The sales person we worked with this time was Nissa Stuhmer and she was an absolute joy to work with. We told her what we were looking for and she got right on it and found the RAV4 we wanted, equipped the way we wanted it and in the right color. It was en route from Indiana to another dealership and she and the rest of the Big Two personnel made arrangements to have it re-routed to Chandler. She tracked it every day and kept us informed of where it was and how soon it should be here. I have to admit, I've never experienced such a pleasant car-buying experience than with Nissa. The service is outstanding. The people are very friendly and helpful, and everything is clearly explained in advance. I waited (both times) in the building while the work was being done. The building is very spacious, very very clean and customer-friendly. There are plenty of comfortable chairs and desk-type setups for waiting. There is a place to get coffee and something to eat, even a place to get a massage, a barbershop, salon and much more. It's very impressive. More
