We've had our Venza for almost 4 years. We've chosen Toyota Chandler originally for location; but since going there, we have enjoyed good service. We started with a Joe (very good service representative), then Jesus (also very good) and now Spencer (GREAT service rep). On a regular 50,0000 miles service check typically about $70 dollars they found I had blown a strut and the other back one was weak (or cracked). Of course to say I was frustrated would barely describe my feelings. Spencer then took me into the garage area and SHOWED ME the evidence. He did not pressure us to fix immediately but did state before driving for a long distance since we had just purchased new tires it would be to our benefit to repair as soon as possible. Since this is our one good vehicle we know we need to keep up with the maintenance. We returned one week later to have struts replaced. Spencer made arrangement to have a rental car available which I needed for work and important errands. He also had my repairs completed or the mechanics had the work completed before 5 pm same day. The quality of the work and the price are the only 2 items we did not give a 5-Great rating because we were not prepared to put out that amount of money and the quality still remains to be seen; but we did get a lifetime warranty on the struts, which is GREAT. Spencer was very professional. He was compassionate with OUR situation. His personal attention will continue our loyalty to Chandler Toyota. Jaime's knowledge and unending patience while helping us set up the different functions in the car was so appreciated, Dana in finance explained everything in detail never making us feel rushed with all of our questions. We ordered a bra from the parts department and both Tom and Larry were very efficient and we were called immediately on its arrival. We also returned a few times with questions regarding the functions on the screen and either Jaime or Larry Biggs helped us out by showing and answering questions making us feel welcome to return again if we had further questions. I came in to Big Two for my 20K mile oil change. I have a lift on my truck and was told it might not fit through the car wash for a courtesy wash. Best car purchasing experience ever. Gave me the best price, best trade in value and by far the best experience ever. I didn't feel pressured, they treated me so nice and answered all of my questions and I never felt rushed. Even the financing person was exceptional. I can't say enough about this dealership and how they treated us, we walked out of there a customer for life with big two toyota for that is how impressed we were. Before we stopped by big two we went to larry miller toyota on bell road in peoria, the internet sales person never showed up after waiting 45 minutes and I had a scheduled appt with him, plus the internet sales director wasn't there either, so we got another sales person who offered me my trade in value half of what was on kelly blue book and black book was. They then decided to charge us extra 1,700 for window tint and desert protection package which Lee informed me would be free and the price of the car there was iwth no discount, plus I felt pressured and the sales manager couldn't explain to me why our trade in value came in so low he just said it was because he boss told him to do it. Then they wanted me to sign and purchase a car when I informed me that I was just stopping by so that they could appraise my trade in and I wasn't ready to purchase a car. When I left the sales person told us that no one would offer so more then they just did. I mean how unprofessional, I really don't know how they stay in business and I will never purchase a car from larry Miller Toyota on Bell Road in Peoria Arizona. Then the next stop by was Big Two Toyota were Brian informed me that if I make the drive down there 56 miles on way, he would make sure that I am satisifed with everything that they do and that they would earn my business and I would leave with a toyota and a price that I was happy with. Well, he was right and again, they ensured I had water, coffee or something to drink and I was at Larry Miller Toyota for over 2 hours and was never even offered water. Big Two is the best dealership that I have ever purchased a car from and every one of the staff that we dealt with was professional, curtious and informative. Just a pleasant experience. More
I must say I'am one those who absolutely hates going to dealerships. Past experience has made me that way. Don't trust them as far as I could throw them. We wandered the lot unimpeded by sales reps for a good period of time trying to narrow down my wife's choices (She is very particular),but when she triggers that's what we get. Our sale rep was Jeff Wright. Jeff gave us our space, never pressured, made a few suggestions. When my wife said whats out back his response was lets get a cart and find out. That's where she found what she liked. Jeff was a pleasure to deal with. Straight up guy No xx, no trying to up sale, no back and forth to the manger tower 20 times, and no bringing the manger over to hard sale you. We were treated with professionalisum and respect the whole time we were on the property. Thanks Big Two More
