Overall the service was good. The only problem I had was when I got my car it made a weird noise during start. The service rep tried to diagnose the problem but could not. He then went to talk to the technician and came back and saw that the engine mount nuts were loose. When you do the service you expect that the work should be done and checked. If it is not then its a question of quality. This gives me jitters as I am not sure what is done and what is not even if they have done the service that I had requested. More
Our experience was the best we have ever had at any dealership. Their "no pressure" sales tactic is what ended up making us purchase a vehcile from Big 2 Toyota. The sales staff Larry Biggs and Dave Perkins and Sales Manager (Rusty Anderson) were all very knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to answser any and all questions we had about numerous vehciles - different makes and models, and showed us any vehicle(s) we were interested in without hesitation. They also said if they didn't have anything we were interested in that day - they would be happy to keep an eye out for something that would fit our interests and budget. They didn't just try to push us into any vehicle on their lot just to get a "SALE" that day. I love all the employees we dealt with at this dealership. The lady that runs the sandwhich shop was also amazing - she was so friendly and appreicate for her customers and had such an amazing positive attitude - it was amazing. I don't think any other dealership could top the customer service and employees you will find if you shop at Big 2 Toyota!!!!! More
In my opinion, Dennis went above and beyond to find me a car that I would love. When the one I wanted was a bit out of my price range he worked with me to find me one that would still make me very happy. H car that I would love. I have already raved about the service to friends and family, so now I am doing it here. We drove up to Chandler from Tucson because of the superior service Dennis was providing. My first intention was to obtain quotes and get a dealership in Tucson to match the quote. BUT service always wins out! Went to Big Two Toyota Purchased a New Truck was referred to this dealer by my father, the truck is ok but they did say to send more people and you will get a referral. Well I sent my ex husband and help him purchase a car no mention of a referral OF COURSE. Then I sent my nephew they again advised I would get a referral fee AGAIN None. This has been over several months. I did speak to the salesperson who just blew me off TWICE. Then called Rusty one of the managers and Guess What AGAIN no referral fee. Well my niece is now looking for a car and I would not send her there for any reason. You see if you lie about a referral fee what else would you lie about. I is a nice dealership on the outside but what goes on in the inside is a different story. Lying about $100 is easy I would assume lying about a 20K car would be easier More

Incidentally, I came into the process convinced that I wanted a Rav4, and I walked out with a Venza. I couldn't be happier. I am nearly 60 years old, and I can tell you that this was my most enjoyable automobile shopping experience I ever had. Incidentally, the rest of the Big Two folks treated me like royalty while I was there...ensuring that I was well-fed, hydrated, and even offered me a free loaner vehicle while my new car was being detailed. This is the first Toyota we have bought much less the first "foreign" vehicle we have purchased and upon arrival to the dealership, we were greeted by our sales professional Chad. Chad was incredibly knowledgeable and his experience is what prevailed in our visit to the store. He gathered all of the information we were willing to share, he was not aggressive, he was professional with my family and was able to put a deal together to make things happen. Chad was very accommodating and treated us as if we were coming over for dinner in his house. The dealership is one like no other place, we have bought from a number of other dealerships and they are marginal at best. Big Two Toyota is very clean, kid friendly and the delivery area was very impressive; indoors and air conditioned under great lighting; almost like buying a car right out off of the phoenix car show floor.
