Kevin went out of his way to contact my dealer in Florida to obtain information regarding the warranty I had purchased when I bought the car. I went to big Two to buy my first new car. I choose this dealership because my Aunt knows the the Sales Mgr and did not want me to have a high pressure or bad experience. Unfortunately it was a horrible exp dealership because my Aunt knows the the Sales Mgr and did not want me to have a high pressure or bad experience. Unfortunately it was a horrible experience and even my Aunt who has bout many cars and knows the Sales Mgr said she would never go back or recommend this place to ANYBODY!! To make a long story short I had to go to the dealership 3x and had a few calls I between . EVERY interaction with these guys was really shady! I picked a basic white scion. Because I have no established credit they wanted to charge me a crazy high interest rate even though I was willing to put 85% down. WE Left. 30 minutes later the interest rate went down 2 points, we declined, the next day the interest rate went down 2 more points. We agreed on the better interest rate and were heading back in when we were told the car I liked was sold but they would give me one with a spoiler free of charge. Even though I didn't really want the spoiler I agreed. My Aunt thought something was Fishy so she called the Sales Mgr to confirm I was not paying for the spoiler. NOT TRUE. I was going to pay for it they were going to lower the interest to make the payment the same. Shady !!!!! We then said no deal find a car without it and have it transferred . We were told we have to come to paperwork TODAY or there is no way to transfer a car. WE said forget it, all of the sudden no problem we will transfer it anyway. Go to pick up the car, I have my printed quote and notice the new quote is 300 bucks higher. Lots of stumbling and fumbling but they honored my copy of the quote ( so much for pure pricing) last was a barrage of phone calls about charging me twice the interest rate if I did not leave my job that day and bring them paperwork they had never asked for. The finance " jerk" basically called me a liar said he left several voice mails and emails. I never got one, have no reason to lie about it and the crappy treatment goes on. I finally finished the paperwork the interest rate ended up not being any of the numbers we agreed on but I learned some really good lessons about who to spend my money with and who not to!!! I. I LiOVE my car but wish I would have bought it somewhere else!! The last thing I hated was having the guys stand over me for the many surveys they have you fill out telling them how great they are! I'm 20 they are like 50 I didn't want to be rude but if they really want to know how they are doing they should email you at home so you can be honest!!! More
I recently traded in my 2012 Camry for a 2013 Highlander and could not be more pleased with my car buying experience on both occasions. Rude service from Edie emery. She acted put out when I requested to use my pre-purchased auto care maintenance voucher. She was dismissive of my concerns and acted annoyed and never confirmed whether the requested to use my pre-purchased auto care maintenance voucher. Overall the service was good. The only problem I had was when I got my car it made a weird noise during start. The service rep tried to diagnose the problem but could not. He then went to talk to the techni when I got my car it made a weird noise during start. The service rep tried to diagnose the problem but could not. He then went to talk to the technician and came back and saw that the engine mount nuts were loose. When you do the service you expect that the work should be done and checked. If it is not then its a question of quality. This gives me jitters as I am not sure what is done and what is not even if they have done the service that I had requested. More
Our experience was the best we have ever had at any dealership. Their "no pressure" sales tactic is what ended up making us purchase a vehcile from Big 2 Toyota. The sales staff Larry Biggs and Dave Pe dealership. Their "no pressure" sales tactic is what ended up making us purchase a vehcile from Big 2 Toyota. The sales staff Larry Biggs and Dave Perkins and Sales Manager (Rusty Anderson) were all very knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to answser any and all questions we had about numerous vehciles - different makes and models, and showed us any vehicle(s) we were interested in without hesitation. They also said if they didn't have anything we were interested in that day - they would be happy to keep an eye out for something that would fit our interests and budget. They didn't just try to push us into any vehicle on their lot just to get a "SALE" that day. I love all the employees we dealt with at this dealership. The lady that runs the sandwhich shop was also amazing - she was so friendly and appreicate for her customers and had such an amazing positive attitude - it was amazing. I don't think any other dealership could top the customer service and employees you will find if you shop at Big 2 Toyota!!!!! More
