Coupon is worthless I presented a coupon for 15% off for 92k+ maintenance at the time of write up as the instructions said. At that time my service adviser, Adam Rodriguez told me that he couldn't use this 15% coupon on already discounted prices. He showed me no prices that was being discounted. He didn't show me anything that said this is normal price and this is the already discounted price. In fact I had called a few months ago about transmission flush and it was the same price then as it was yesterday. When I came to pick up my vehicle he gave me 5% off a couple of items that saved me about 25 dollars. I paid 903 dollars for service expecting to get about a 120 dollar discount. He told me it wasn't much but it was something because he couldn't give me the 15% on already discounted prices. This was basically a slap in my face and more of an insult than anything. I understand he is probably on commission and I feel he just took my savings. To me it seems pointless to have a coupon advertised and then you are told that they count honor it on already discounted prices. How do I know what the original prices are and how do I know that they are discounted. I don't and neither does anyone else. So the next time I go to another Toyota service department, I will get the final price in writing before I even mention coupon. It is a tactic I assume that you always use so this is why I will not refer you to anyone and why I don't intend to visit this service department again. More

I knew what I was looking for and Brian told me they would have a truck detailed and ready to go which I have heard before from other dealers.... I walked into the dealership to where I was greeted immediately and I had a few quick discussions where and then I was asked to wait while some paperwork was prepared. As I sat in the waiting area I noticed an enclosed garage that looked like something out of a nascar racing team garage with multiple cars displayed for viewing, I immedinely walked into this area and the first vehicle I saw was white Crew max tundra with graphite interior on display with all the doors open and a red carpet walkway around it. I was hooked, as I walked around the vehicle I thought to myself this is exactly what I was asking for, little did I know that was the vehicle that Brian had prepped for me. Big MO came over and after a quick test drive I signed some papers and the truck was delivered to my house shortly thereafter! I can't express enough what a perfect and exciting experience this was! We explained our bad credit/low budget situation and he immediately went to work. We were only at the dealership for about an hour the first day but needed to return with our previously arranged co-signer the next day (co-signer's schedule required this, not any delay on Jaime's part). Once we arrived, Jaime had everything ready to go and was just a matter of paperwork, signing, printing, etc. and we were on our way! We very much appreciate Jaime for not trying to push something onto us outside our budget and cannot thank him enough for his hard work on the deal. And to the rest of the staff that made our experience so quick and painless, thank you so much! More

Drove it, decided on it, negotiated and drove home in record time. Dana couldn't have been more helpful, informative or friendly at the start of the process then turned me over to Jaime. Jaime was extremely pleasant, professional and knowledgeable in a way that was conversational and in no way felt condescending or pressuring. The dealership is fresh and a comfortable place to be making 2-3 hours seem like half the time. The financing department people are incredibly efficient and pleasantly professional. Love, love, love my 2014 RAV4 Limited AWD and in no way feel as if I've stepped down from my 2007 Lexus ES 350. A word about the negotiating process at this dealership - not once did someone approach me with the dreaded "how much do you want to pay a month?" routine. After deciding trade-in value (amazingly fair) and vehicle price (a great deal) the parameters of the monthly payment based on down payment and terms were addressed. I would recommend this dealership any chance I get. More

We drove from El Paso Texas to purchase our Tundra. The whole deal was negotiated over the phone and email. We saved $3,000 by driving 425 miles. Our local dealership would not price match and let us walk out with an approved $65,000 check in hand, and clear title on a trade in. This dealership is a great car buying experience. Highly recommended to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. This is the way you should be treated, everyone wins. Without a doubt the best car dealership I have ever been to. More

He made it so easy for us. Gave us a square deal and treated us like royalty. He even stayed an extra 4 hours to make sure we were taken care of. Everyone really went out of their way to treat us well. I trust this dealer so much I even bought the Prius without a test drive. I'm so confidant of the integrity of this dealership that I took care of most of it over the phone and internet. I'll never go anywhere else nor would I ever buy anything but a Toyota. You can't go wrong here. They'll treat you right no matter what you need. More

We had not expected to trade in that day but the deal was great both on purchase and in trade, the service was awesome and the people there made it an easy experience. The kids had things to do while we waited and we couldn't be happier. This is the 4th vehicle we have bought from April. Love our Tacoma! More
Nickel and Dimed I was looking for a reasonably honest dealer for my 2010 Toyota Venza. I didn't find it here. Toyota sent out an ad for brakes and I needed brakes. I was looking for a reasonably honest dealer for my 2010 Toyota Venza. I didn't find it here. Toyota sent out an ad for brakes and I needed brakes. Price was $99.99 for front brakes with $50 rebate Visa card. I called told them about the coupon and went for my 60,000 mile checkup to see if I had a brake issue. Sure enough I did. Guess what, coupon didn't apply. Really, why didn't you tell me that when I set up the appointment??? Only certain brakes are included and then they start listing off what services aren't included. Worse they tried every which way but loose to include small charges here and there that most wouldn't question. My service was supposed to be $117.99. When I paid and looked at the invoice, they slipped in $7.43 for shop supplies, had to wait while they hunted up Dan to fix it. Got a rental car that was supposed to have a full fuel tank, of course it wasn't, I drove 20 miles and had to fill it up with 5 gallons, should have got me 100 miles. They put the price as $35 for a whole day for the vehicle when I drove it for three hours which was to cost $15. Then, I asked to see a manager about the brake special and why they didn't honor it. The manager was pretty slick and while he stood there, he was working on his smart phone. Oh, well, it was only for this certain name brand brakes and oh yeah, you have to have the rotors turned but they aren't included. So, best they could do was $199.99, no VISA card. Really, why did Toyota send me, a Venza owner, that ad? They knew what kind of car I had. He told me I should have asked when I called. I did. Well, of course, it's to get you in their shop and then sell you $700 worth of services that you can get from Sun Devil for $450. I was really hoping to find an honest dealer service shop. I guess they just don't exist in our world. If you have to go to a dealer, they are nice, shop is clean, fun things in their dealership, you can rent a loaner car, but you are paying for that in all the little extras they try to tack on your bill. My advice . . . get the price before you go, write it down, and then watch your bill when you pay. They would have made an extra $30 or so off me so every 100 customers they can make $3000 in extra profit. That's not bad for a day. More

I have never seen a dealership like this one; not only is it spotlessly clean, but they have a café, salon, barber, and massage businesses on the premises. I was offered any of these services free when I was looking for a car, when I came back to buy one, and when I brought my car in for service. I've eaten twice at the café, and the prepared sandwiches and salads are excellent. The staff have to be the friendliest, most customer-oriented people I've ever dealt with. More
