"Smooth and easy buying experience. No drama or trauma!" I was ready to buy a RAV4 at another dealership when my friend told me to bring the offer to Big Two. He bought his Camry at Big Two 2 years ago and raved about his no nonsense, easy experience. I came in with another dealer offer for a RAV4 2015 with all the features I wanted. I worked with Salesman Leo Celaya who knew his product! He thoroughly and thoughtfully explained every feature. Leo pointed out details that were not said at other dealerships. A genuine, patient guy who not only matched the competition's price, but found all discounts possible. No pressure salesperson and works hard for his client. He worked with me and made me feel like a valued customer. Leo set up my next visit for maintenance and gave me a tour through all the car's features before I left. I've bought other Toyotas in the past, but this was the first time I left satisfied I got the best deal out there. I will definitely buy my next car from Leo. Even the finance person, Ruben Abreu, got me 0%! He gave me all my options and let me decide what made sense. Super happy!! The amenities and cafe at the dealership were first rate as well. I can't say enough about Big Two. I suggest doing comparison shopping. In the end, I'm glad I discovered Big Two and will always recommend them whenever possible. More
