My husband and I just bought a Parisian Night Blue Peal 2015 Toyota Camry. Our sale representative was Monty xxxx and he treated us like we were the only customers he had that day. I felt like a queen the way t Toyota Camry. Our sale representative was Monty xxxx and he treated us like we were the only customers he had that day. I felt like a queen the way they detailed the car and went over every option the car had to offer. Monty even ordered us a delicious dinner to enjoy while we waited to complete the financing. I was a Honda person before but because of Monty we are Toyota customers for life. Big Two was professional and Chris the owner went out of his way to make us feel appreciated and tell us that Monty would take good care of us. More

Best retail experience ever!! I have never had such a wonderful retail experience. Never once did I feel pressured or like I was just a sale. The friendliest salesman was sincerely listening to our needs and wants. I could tell he wasn't just listening to respond, but he wanted to match us with the car we wanted and needed. Monty xxxx knew the inventory on their lot and what would meet our stated criteria. There is nothing better than a salesman who knows the product he sales, Monty knew them all and how they worked. We were treated like royalty. One of my pet peeves is how rude some people are nowadays. But here we were treated with the utmost courtesy, and it meant so much to me. Monty and the Sales Manager worked overtime to get the best deal and financing possible for us. For which I will be forever grateful. I will never again shop for a car anywhere else. More

First New car RAV4 limited- Jeff Capshaw I recently decided to buy a new car (my first) and decided on the 2015 RAV4 Limited. I spent a lot of time deciding on the exact car and features I w I recently decided to buy a new car (my first) and decided on the 2015 RAV4 Limited. I spent a lot of time deciding on the exact car and features I wanted and then drafted an email to send to different dealerships in Arizona to get both the car and the price I decided on. I spoke with many individuals over the phone and through email, but one person stuck out from the rest. Mr. Jeff Capshaw with Big Two Toyota Scion of Chandler. He was the only person I felt actually took the time to read my email, find the car I wanted, and draft up a price quote with everything I wanted included and at the best price. I will not go into the details of my interactions with other individuals from other dealerships, but will say that Jeff was the most professional of the bunch. Once we came to an agreement on the price of the car, my father and I took a day trip up to Chandler to pick it up and complete the paperwork. When we arrived Jeff met us at the front and helped us get the process started. While waiting for the financing department Jeff gave us a free lunch and even passes for my mother and I to get free pedicures when I bring the car in for its first tune up. Start to finish the process took about 2 hours which was great since we had a two hour trip back to Tucson. Everyone I interacted with at the dealership was kind and professional. I especially liked the "pressure free" atmosphere that Jeff created throughout my experience with him. I set out with the goal of buying the car I wanted for the price I wanted even if that meant driving further to get that. I can honesty say I met all those goals and am so thankful for the respect I was shown throughout the buying process by Jeff Capshaw. I highly recommend both this dealership and Jeff! More

"Smooth and easy buying experience. No drama or trauma!" I was ready to buy a RAV4 at another dealership when my friend told me to bring the offer to Big Two. He bought his Camry at Big Two 2 years ago and raved about his no nonsense, easy experience. I came in with another dealer offer for a RAV4 2015 with all the features I wanted. I worked with Salesman Leo Celaya who knew his product! He thoroughly and thoughtfully explained every feature. Leo pointed out details that were not said at other dealerships. A genuine, patient guy who not only matched the competition's price, but found all discounts possible. No pressure salesperson and works hard for his client. He worked with me and made me feel like a valued customer. Leo set up my next visit for maintenance and gave me a tour through all the car's features before I left. I've bought other Toyotas in the past, but this was the first time I left satisfied I got the best deal out there. I will definitely buy my next car from Leo. Even the finance person, Ruben Abreu, got me 0%! He gave me all my options and let me decide what made sense. Super happy!! The amenities and cafe at the dealership were first rate as well. I can't say enough about Big Two. I suggest doing comparison shopping. In the end, I'm glad I discovered Big Two and will always recommend them whenever possible. More

The BEST car buying experience ever! I typically don't buy cars from dealers, but I really liked the RAV4 and I haven't bought a new car in a long time. It was perfect for me. My salesman Jeff was very professional and not pushy. They gave me a great deal right away - no hassle! I got a better deal than I expected and was in and out in 2 hours start to finish.
