We expected to spend a long, tedious day there, as that's what we've come to expect of car dealers. We were greeted by Monty xxxx who soon felt like a friend, rather than a salesman. We thought we wanted (and could only afford) to buy used, and he found two used cars we liked very much to test drive. However, one was out of our price range and the other we rejected for other reasons. Monty suggested perhaps a new car might meet our needs better and could be less expensive, as well. We left that day with a new RAV4, and we couldn't be happier. Monty and Brandon, the finance person, were both great to work with, answering our questions and addressing concerns. We returned a couple days later to purchase some accessories, and Larry in the parts dept. was very helpful, as well. More

Lorraine V. the food center woman called me to come in to talk to her friend Monty. Monty gets on the phone and gets me to come in. I seriously didn't think it w aas possible to get into a brand new 2015 XB. Plus I never wanted one until I saw how much they have changed since 2006 when I worked with Big Two Toyota back then. Quite impressed with The Sales guy Monty xxxx. Never pushed me into anything. I really wanted it this time. I love the Car and thank you Monty xxxx and Lorraine Valenzuela and Brandon Oliver for doing the financial part. My favorite prople who have always shown excellent hospitality Ms Lorraine Valenzuela and Monty xxxx...loved talking to Chris Henkel. Good people tbey all are! I always recommend this Dealership and always will!! More
Misleading service department WE have purchased several new vehicles from this dealer and will never buy here again. Their service department sucks. Their service department sucks. My wife was always disrespected there and belittled as if she knew nothing and there was always a real problem at bay. One time the rear differential was going out at 50.000 miles (Tacoma) They said nothing was wrong to her. I had to go in myself and finally they took it serious and replaced it. What does that tell you? I always had to go in on the many issues we have had on our vehicles because she got disrespected every time. There were always real problems that were in need of warranty repair. Now one of our vehicles has a knocking and the main service guy David says it is normal, that all of the new vehicles knock. We have 95,000 miles on this truck. I have the identical truck, same year, it doesn't knock!! I am in the process of getting it analyzed somewhere else, but one thing I can assure you is that we will never buy from Big Two Toyota again. Just the fact that they have made my wife seem so inferior and like she doesn't know anything is bad enough, but the fact that these were real problems we have had over the years that ended up getting repaired, but only after I had to personally go in and make noise. That is no way to run a business this size. Maybe they think they are so big that little comments like ours wont make a difference. We know better than that don't we? More

Not willing to deal. Everybody has different experiences and I am no different. I was interested in buying a new Corolla but the sales manager at Big Two, who told me tha Everybody has different experiences and I am no different. I was interested in buying a new Corolla but the sales manager at Big Two, who told me that I seemed unwilling to work with them, refused to come down in price and instead wanted me to put down more $$ and extend my payments to 84 months!! I ended up going to Earnhardt Toyota and saved 3 times what Big Two was willing to come down and I only needed to put down half as much while getting the payments that I wanted and at the term length that I wanted. The funny thing about all this is the fact that the Corolla I purchased from Earnhardt was the one I test drove at Big Two earlier. (Earnhardt traded them a white one for it.) Funnier still is that the salesman at Big Two called me the next morning to tell me about a white Corolla they had just received. My wife and I laughed but the salesman did not when I called him back and told him the whole story. I gave Big Two only 1-star because of the no-sale. More

The online carfax that included details about the remaining factory and certified vehicle warranties was helpful and we decided to head in to the dealership. Monty xxxx swooped us up in a golf cart and made our experience comfortable and easy. We had done a fair amount of research on the car prior to deciding to pursue purchasing one, and as such I found myself even correcting or questioning the accuracy of some of the information given by salesmen at other dealers. Monty was very knowledgeable about the Prius V and answered all our questions accurately and with ease. Monty was very professional but in a way that did not feel cold or uncomfortable. He helped us get the best deal possible for our trade and purchase. I had walked away from other dealers because of the lack of transparency during the process and I was very happy with both Monty xxxx and Diego Verdugo in finance on this front. I received direct answers to all my questions. We appreciated the tour of the dealership and its many amenities. Beyond Satisfactory! I was shopping for my very first car and upon sending an online price request, I was contacted by Rick Kanitz, an Internet Fleet Manager. I was very pleased with the Rick's honest and upfront attitude. He was very helpful in walking me through different body trims, colors, and specifications. He even came in super early the next day to close the deal because that's the only time that worked for me! If you're not particularly fond of the usual pushy car salesman, I would definitely recommend you go to Rick! He worked with me and gave me a really good deal for a new Corolla that other dealerships refused to "meet or beat"! In addition, the finance paperwork didn't take as long as I expected and I was out of there by 1pm. Big Two's customer service was beyond satisfactory- I also noticed a stain on one of the car seats after I drove off with the car and returned the next day. The detailers worked with me and made sure every inch of it was gone. And Rick was there every step of the way! More
