I went in with a quote on a vehicle special from the Big Two website (a Prius V for an amazing price) and one from TrueCar. Both cars were exactly as described, right down to the awesome prices. We test drove the vehicle we were most interested and were sold. Sammy was gracious, knowlegable, and considerate (he even got a meal from the cafe for us before it closed as we had missed dinner to get to the dealership). Best experience ever while shopping for a new vehicle. More

She has a fear of shopping for new cars because of the aggressive sales approach that most dealers are known for. Again, with my busy schedule, Jeff had everything ready for me and my mom. The facility was huge, it had a massage facility, haircut salon, nail studio, a cafe, at least 2 lounge areas with flat screen tv's, a toyota accessories and part store, and an indoor kids play gym area, Everyone we dealt with was very knowledgeable and friendly.
