Exceptional service and kids friendly Not only I got the car I wanted in a great price, I've had the pleasure of doing so with 2 energetic toddlers that had a blast through the process. Mr Not only I got the car I wanted in a great price, I've had the pleasure of doing so with 2 energetic toddlers that had a blast through the process. Mr Sha Shirazi and Mr Todd Chmelka were professional friendly and welcoming to my kids as well. We've spend many hours in the dealership as I had a hard time to make a choice but once that happened we were out the door within an hour. More

We were told there was a 100,000 warranty so we proceeded to test drive, haggle, run our credit, and wait around for the process to be completed. After emptying our car and another thirty minute wait we started to sign our lives away. At this point, now 10pm, we are told there is no warranty and we can tack one on for an extra $50 a month. Had we been told this BEFORE driving the car we would never have gone through the long process wasting our time and the staff members. Our sales guy was new and because the car we liked wasn't a Toyota it was not certified and no warranty included which he didn't know. He was extremely nice and felt really bad. I blame managers and owners for pushing sales people out to sell without proper training. Very disappointing because in working with him I would have gone back and referred people had the deal been successful. Now instead I will be telling people to avoid this dealer because it's not "up front" everything as they repetitively told us. More
Wonderful Service! I was a very new widow trying to trade in both cars for a strong truck that could pull a trailer and not slide in ice and snow. Friends have told me I was a very new widow trying to trade in both cars for a strong truck that could pull a trailer and not slide in ice and snow. Friends have told me how dependable Toyota is. I feel like I got a very good deal for my trade. Sam Beardmore was very kind and helpful, and answered all my questions. I didn't feel pressured in any way. He spent as much time with me as I needed, and he even programmed my Blue Tooth for me. I went back a few days later to get running boards installed and Mike Preville gave me very good service. Everyone who helped me in every way was very courteous and nice, including the cafe. More

I needed some extended warranty work done, and they called the warranty company and got everything set up with them. They kept me aware of the progress of the work. They just took great care of my car AND me. (No I am not related to anyone there.). Grant Foster is my service manager, wonderful experience. I will probably buy my next car from them just because their service dept is so great. More

Mr. Brett Henkel went out of his way and asked all the right questions to get me in a vehicle that was more conducive to my maladies. Thank The Lord for people like him! Every time I get in the vehicle, I am reminded of his kindness. I thank Jesus for this great experience, after all - who else would truly try to help someone in dire need these days?! This is a trustworthy, down to earth place to purchase. You won't be sorry! I will be returning in three years to see Rachel to purchase an Avalon! More
Get a second opinion on repairs needed I was going to wait a few more days before writing this review to give Wally Henkel the General Manager a chance to speak with me, but after seeing al I was going to wait a few more days before writing this review to give Wally Henkel the General Manager a chance to speak with me, but after seeing all these other reviews I now realize my situation isn’t as unique as I thought it was. I’ve also realized that Chris Henkel is the one who responds to the complaints and given that I was at the dealership yesterday and had asked to speak with him and I was told “he was buried under paperwork” and couldn’t talk to me I’ve decided to share my story. They sent someone else to talk with me but it was all excuses and I wasn’t there and you must have misunderstood. Service: I have a 2009 Toyota Carolla. On Friday August 12, 2016 I got to work and it wouldn’t go into park. I could get it into neutral, but it wouldn’t release my key. I drove to the dealership and saw my service representative Big Mike. I got a rental car at my cost and returned to work. I received a call a few hours later that it was my transmission and would be $5600 to repair. My vehicle has 165,000 miles so it didn’t make sense to repair it. I left work to go back to the dealership to see about getting a new car and make arrangements to have my car towed home. Talking to sales was the biggest mistake I’ve ever made. See 2nd review on Sales. I had the vehicle towed to my home to be looked at by someone else. Here is what the dealership said is wrong with my car: shifter cable stretched, park/neutral/drive switch broken, arm that comes off the front prndl swith bent and transmission needs replaced. My shifter cable is stretched/broken, by park/neutral/drive switch is broken, but here is where it gets interesting. We aren’t sure that the transmission is broken. I’m still waiting for the final word. However the bent arm that comes off the prndl switch that may have caused the transmission damage was done by the service department forcing my car into park!!! That is how it got bent. I would also like to note that I had to go to the dealership to meet the tow truck as Doug from sales put my car key in his personal locker and not back with the service desk. When I went back with the tow truck we also discovered my plates had been removed as well as my registration. I DIDN’T sign a contract to buy a new car or trade mine in. More
Big Two tries to take advantage of young people. I took my boyfriend's son to do for his first car yesterday. We, after not finding what we were looking for at several other dealers, drive through the Big Two Toyora Scion lot. We found a car that would have been perfect for him. A 2006 Toyota Camry listed at $7811.00. Awesome right?...Maybe at AN HONEST dealer, but THESE GUYS WERE DEFINITELY NOT HONEST!!!! I FIRST HAD TO GO FIND A SALESMAN, And I asked him to seesee if they would 7k for the car, that we would pay half cash, then finance the other $3500.00. Well that's when the bull hit the fan. Remember, with the cash down we're talking 3500.00. Well when they were done filling out the paperwork, they had tried to swindle him out of not 20% or even 30% interest, but 200%!!!! Yes, they were charging $8500.00 On top of the $3500.00 down. Are you serous????? I cannot believe this is even legal!!! And then after we left and we tell they called and we told him we weren't interested they kept calling over and over and over again harassing him I can't believe it. I've NEVER EVER seen such crooked business lack of ethics in my life. More

He was not the typical pushy care salesman, but spent all the time needed with us, looking at various new and used care options and providing information and details as needed. Everyone else we worked with provided as good of a negotiation and purchase experience as we have ever had at any dealership (and better). We came to Big Two because of the tax advantage they have, but left feeling like we had found the best dealership in the valley. More

We went here on a whim one night just to browse at some family SUVs. Michael Kanneg greeted us and helped us out. He showed us the new Highlander, which we really liked. Not expecting anything, we went inside to talk numbers and get a payment estimate. Michael and Tony (his manager) were very kind, honest, and super helpful. Not once did we feel rushed or pressured into anything. It was such a relief to have amazing customer service from them after the nightmare sales reps we met at the other dealerships that day! I knew right away we wanted to do business with them because we would be treated right. We were able to take home the vehicle for the night to see how we liked it. The next day we came back and got an awesome deal on our lease! I can't thank Michael K enough for being so friendly, straightforward, and genuine. We even had an emergency situation come up in the middle of financing and everyone was very accommodating to us. Chandler Toyota has a customer for life!! And we absolutely love our 2016 Highlander! :) More
