When I arrived at the dealership, they did not have the 4Runner that I was wanting, but they took the time to track one down and identified one that was on a ship yet to arrive. 3 weeks later, I had the perfect car! They never tried to play any games - no upselling, no selling of a car I didn't want, no confusion about pricing. When I buy a car, I don't want any of those hassles and they far exceeded my expectation. Both very classy, trustworthy people that made this process so simple and without any regrets whatsoever! Dealer performed a "phantom" oil change We have a new Toyota Highlander Platinum edition and my wife took it to Big 2 Toyota for an oil change service. The service attendant placed a new rem We have a new Toyota Highlander Platinum edition and my wife took it to Big 2 Toyota for an oil change service. The service attendant placed a new reminder for next oil change in 5 months or 5,000 miles from our mileage. I checked the oil when my wife said the attendant told her they did not need to change the oil - sure as can be the oil looked very burned. The attendant was right, they did not change the oil as requested. We called the shop manager and he adamantly told us that they changed the oil (despite what we heard from the attendant and looking at bad oil in our new vehicle). If we drive the vehicle and not change the oil as per the reminder in the windshield placed by this irresponsible dealership we would have suffered damages to our engine due to poor lubrication. Obviously the free oil change included with the warranty is a "pretend" oil change and they should call it a "reminder sticker for your bad oil" change. VERY POOR SERVICE! AVOID THIS PLACE! More

We were told there was a 100,000 warranty so we proceeded to test drive, haggle, run our credit, and wait around for the process to be completed. After emptying our car and another thirty minute wait we started to sign our lives away. At this point, now 10pm, we are told there is no warranty and we can tack one on for an extra $50 a month. Had we been told this BEFORE driving the car we would never have gone through the long process wasting our time and the staff members. Our sales guy was new and because the car we liked wasn't a Toyota it was not certified and no warranty included which he didn't know. He was extremely nice and felt really bad. I blame managers and owners for pushing sales people out to sell without proper training. Very disappointing because in working with him I would have gone back and referred people had the deal been successful. Now instead I will be telling people to avoid this dealer because it's not "up front" everything as they repetitively told us. More

I feel like I got a very good deal for my trade. Sam Beardmore was very kind and helpful, and answered all my questions. I didn't feel pressured in any way. He spent as much time with me as I needed, and he even programmed my Blue Tooth for me. I went back a few days later to get running boards installed and Mike Preville gave me very good service. Everyone who helped me in every way was very courteous and nice, including the cafe. More

They just took great care of my car AND me. (No I am not related to anyone there.). Grant Foster is my service manager, wonderful experience.
