My reason for buying elsewhere came down to "availability of the color my wife wanted" and to a lesser degree their location - which was quite a way from my home. Low Quality Dealer damaged my vehicle. Took a fight to get them to take respinsibilty. But, when they did fix it the workmanship was poor. Rather than use a bodys Dealer damaged my vehicle. Took a fight to get them to take respinsibilty. But, when they did fix it the workmanship was poor. Rather than use a bodyshop they saved a buck and manhandled the repair. Now we have creased body panel. Most likely paint will fail and body will rust. Brand new car ruined. No longer a Big Two customer and have lost faith in Toyota. Maybe autonomous electric’s will bring on new and better msnufacturers and dealers. More

poor training and rude managers I called there sparta department looking to have an extra key made for my car. The first guy I talked to told me it was possible and they key was only I called there sparta department looking to have an extra key made for my car. The first guy I talked to told me it was possible and they key was only $40 but it needed to have the service department program it for $70. I looked around at prices and called back a few days later to make sure they still had the 3 key blanks left before driving down. This time the guy on the phone tells me the $40 key is NOT available for my car and the only key I can have is $200 and still then needs to be programmed. I don't have push button start and a simple key that gets me in the door shouldn't be that expensive. I tried talking to the parts manager, Jeff, but after only 30 seconds on the phone trying to explain what happen he hung up. I am still waiting for someone named Bret who I'm told is incharge of this place to call me back. There is no excuse for the apparent lack of training there employees have nor is there any excuse for the poor treatment from there "manager" who should care when his employees are telling me wrong information. I am currently at a different dealership paying for the work these guys couldn't figure out IS possible. More
Excellent Car Shopping Experience Let me start out by saying my family and I have not purchased a brand new vehicle from a dealership since 2002. However my parents car was getting ver Let me start out by saying my family and I have not purchased a brand new vehicle from a dealership since 2002. However my parents car was getting very old (1998 Honda Accord) and unsafe to drive so we looked into a Toyota as they are one of the most (if not most) reliable and dependable brands among car manufacturers. My father wanted a Corolla so I started doing my research on pricing and submitted my offer to 6-8 dealerships in the valley. I got many calls from different salesman, some were rude and aggressive, others offered me terrible pricing on the vehicle which I knew was overpriced. That was until Ron Munday had contacted me that same day, he was not the first salesman I spoke with over the phone however he was the only salesman that left a great impression (calm and patient) on me that day. He claimed Big Two Toyota would beat anyone's pricing as long as I brought him a certified quote from a competing dealership. I took up his offer and drove to the dealership to very next day to negotiate further on pricing and he did not lie at all when he said he could beat any competitors' pricing. I did not the purchase the vehicle that same day as my father wanted it to discuss pricing with my mother however the very next morning I had contacted competing dealerships to ensure my pricing was the lowest and indeed no one in the valley wanted to sell me a brand new 2017 Corolla SE for what Big Two Toyota was selling it to me for. Knowing that, I closed the deal with Mr. Munday that same morning (8/12/2017) and I can honestly say even though it is my first time purchasing a car through a dealership, I can speak volumes of how professional Ron Munday and Big Two treated my family and I. We felt welcomed and apart of the family the second we stepped foot into the dealership. Honestly, even if other dealerships were quoting a cheaper price I would have gladly given the sale to Mr. Munday for his professionalism and enthusiasm throughout the entire process and having to put up with me. He even gone as far as feeding my whole family to lunch while our new car was getting washed and ready to drive off the lot. Overall I am 110% satisfied and would recommend ANYONE to shop at Big Two Toyota as they demonstrate and deliver an excellent car buying experience. I can say I am a life-long customer at Big Two Toyota and our next future purchase will definitely be through this dealership again. Ask for Ron Munday, you will not be disappointed! More

I've personally referred several clien After having dealt with this dealership for several years my most recent experience was beyond dissatisfactory. I've personally referred several clients, used this dealership for service and helped my mother-in-law purchase a vehicle here. Recently, I was shopping for a used truck and found one of interest at Big Two. After a couple of weeks of looking around and having a dissatisfying relationship with an Internet Mgr (Phuong Huynh) I was put in contact with and worked with the Internet Director (Dana Stephenson) to finalize a deal. After our discussion I felt confident we'd worked out a reasonable deal but went home to consider my options further. Shortly thereafter I was contacted again by Phuong, ostensibly on behalf of Dana, to move the purchase forward. At the end of business I had decided to purchase the vehicle and Phuong told me that Dana really wanted to book the deal on that day Sunday (this was after closing time). I agreed to finalize the purchase and asked how to make a downpayment over the phone as I wouldn't be able to come in until after my business hours Monday. Shortly thereafter Phuong texted me that they sold the vehicle to someone else. In my mind this is fraudulent behavior! We had a verbal agreement to purchase and I offered to make a cash downpayment. Phuong didn't disclose someone else was in the dealership a half hour after closing buying the vehicle. I spoke to Dana afterward and he apologized as he claimed to be unaware of Phuong's actions, especially as he had instructed her that any further dealings would be between myself and him. Afterward, I contacted Brett Henckel the Asst. GM of the dealership and his response was shockingly bland to the situation. There has been no further response from the delership a month later and I'm telling my story for others to use as they see fit. More

Best new car purchase ever. Wow these guys were amazing from beginning to end. I avoided buying a new car so i would not have to haggle and be pressured, but Dana and Phil in the Wow these guys were amazing from beginning to end.
