We bought our Prius back in 2015 here and now the Highlander in 2018. We couldn't be more happy with the care we've received. The vehicle started making a horrible rattling noise coming from the rear. Drive over around 2 on a Saturday and by 3.30 they had diagnosed the vehicle with a rusted screw on the heat panel. Advised safe to drive back to Albuquerque the next day, and sent me on our way. Joe Preciado is a rock star in my eyes! They were so kind and understanding of my situation!!! More

Long time Customer I’ve been coming to this dealership since I left Active Duty (Army) since 2010. I have bought 2 vehicles from this location and have not had an issue. I have dealt with the same service manager (Billy Garlin). I’ve never had an issue and he’s always been friendly and helpful. Also they have given been great advice in the maintenance of my vehicle, which has saved me tons of money on the long term. More
