We bought our Prius back in 2015 here and now the Highlander in 2018. We couldn't be more happy with the care we've received. Lifesavers! Came to Phoenix from Albuquerque for the weekend with my daughter and her 1 year old baby in her 4Runner. The vehicle started making a horrible rattling noise coming from the rear. Drive over around 2 on a Saturday and by 3.30 they had diagnosed the vehicle with a rusted screw on the heat panel. Advised safe to drive back to Albuquerque the next day, and sent me on our way. Joe Preciado is a rock star in my eyes! They were so kind and understanding of my situation!!! More

But when you say I need a $700 radiator on a car that has 40,000 miles, I didn't hesitate to get a second and third opinion. SURE ENOUGH, my vehicle is in PERFECT condition. No signs or warning of my vehicle needing that type of service. I even got to see my diagnostic in person. BIG TWO you are full of it!! I really hope someone doesn't get hurt due to your lack of honesty! More
