We purchased the vehicle that weekend...before it even hit the dealer site. I truly felt like he was listening to my concerns. Del in sales helped with us getting to know the vehicle and she was amazing too. Even another finance person had to step in while another was out and he was great too. We bought our Prius back in 2015 here and now the Highlander in 2018. We couldn't be more happy with the care we've received. The vehicle started making a horrible rattling noise coming from the rear. Drive over around 2 on a Saturday and by 3.30 they had diagnosed the vehicle with a rusted screw on the heat panel. Advised safe to drive back to Albuquerque the next day, and sent me on our way. Joe Preciado is a rock star in my eyes! They were so kind and understanding of my situation!!! More
