I had the unfortunate circumstance of having an incompetent representative: Johnnie Allison. He is not the typical sales guy you would expect. No smile, poor body language, aggressive tone, lacks communication, and incoherent. Then, I had told him along with another sales associate I wanted to speak to someone else and addressed my concerns politely (yes, I was calm). He then said: “You can’t.”, I said: “Why not?”, he responded: “because you’re already dealing with our fleet, but whatever you can speak to someone else” and abruptly left. Johnnie is actually a manager, can you believe it? Johnnie, if you are reading this, please get another job you are passionate about because you do not have people skills. You are supposed to be representing Big Two Toyota! More
My Worst Sales Experience Ever Recently I visited Big Two Toyota in Chandler. I wanted to trade in my 2016 Tacoma and purchase a 2019 Tacoma. I found what I was looking for on their Recently I visited Big Two Toyota in Chandler. I wanted to trade in my 2016 Tacoma and purchase a 2019 Tacoma. I found what I was looking for on their lot and began to work with the sales and finance team to finalize the deal. Or so I thought. After spending 5+ hours there on Saturday and signing my life away I was called back on Monday to provide proof of income. Simple right? Not at all. During the sale and negotiation piece they mistakenly misquoted the payoff amount. After driving the vehicle for 2 days I was told the payoff was 4k more than what was noted on the sales documents. The monthly rate swelled to a ridiculous number and though the sales team blundered they were not willing to assume responsibility nor negotiate a deal within the range of the monthly payment they agreed on. I had 2 choices 1- allow them to take advantage of the situation and make the larger monthly payments or 2- walk away from the deal. After a heated discussion where I was more or less called a liar I decided to walk away from the deal and find another dealership who honors their word and contracts. In the past 10 years I bought 9 vehicles from a dealership in MD. The same dealership that treated me fairly each and every time. I'm a man of my word and would have expected the same from the Finance Mgr, Finance Director, and original Finance staff member. I vowed not to return this dealership and demanded them to give me my 2016 Tacoma back. I'll take my business elsewhere. More

Best car buying experience Bought a new Camry Hybrid (who knew such a thing existed?!?) and our salesman was Andres Jimenez. He was awesome - pleasant and knowledgeable, patient with our many questions. Showed us a couple of different cars, went with us on a fairly lengthy test drive. We tied him up for most of a day debating the pros and cons of new vs used, gasoline vs hybrid. He listened to our needs, made helpful suggestions, found us a discount that we weren't aware of (military in addition to fleet sales). He made a painful experience (buying after having our previous car totaled in an accident) nearly painless, even gave us lunch tickets! We highly recommend Andres to anyone looking to buy through fleet sales. More

Classic BAIT and SWITCH I worked with a internet sales rep which we agreed upon the price over the phone which was an excellent offer. I made an appointment to meet with him I worked with a internet sales rep which we agreed upon the price over the phone which was an excellent offer. I made an appointment to meet with him the following day to test drive and "kick the tires" in hopes of driving away with it. I arranged outside financing for the total amount we agreed upon. When I arrived for the appointment, they vehicle was fresh off the truck so they needed an extra day to complete it (install decals, apply tint, check fluids, check air in tires, etc). Throughout the conversation, I confirmed with the rep 3 separate times that the price was the same as we agreed, he absolutely assured me that those are hard numbers and won't change. When I showed up the following day to pick up my new vehicle, they dropped the good ol' classic BAIT AND SWITCH! "Sorry Sir, we can't sell this vehicle for that amount. This is too far below invoice" They had 2 other reps try to 'work out a deal' with me but not even close to the original, about $2,300 off!! A complete waste of time to all involved. This dealerships rating being well below the average is an accurate depiction of how they operate. There are many other options to choose so there is no need to deal with this dealership. Disgusting tactics!! More
Lies, lies and more lies.. I bought a 2019 Tacoma and brought it I to service after I heard a howling coming from the rear differential. The tech rode with me in the truck confirming the howling coming from the rear end.... three days later they call and tell me that the howling noise is NORMAL! It only occurs from 55-60 and is loud. I didnt have that noise when I bought the truck less than 30 days ago! Drivetrain warranty...extended warranty...and they tell me "you just have to live with it". Oh, I test drove the same vehicle at another dealership and there was no noise, the tech lied telling me he drove 2-3 new trucks and the rear differential howls on all of the new Tacomas. Total runaround. I definately wont be coming back here again. More

ROBOCALLERS! BEWARE! Terrible Management! I contacted them in June for a quote on a vehicle through TrueCar. They will straight up harass you. Too many other dealers in the valley to buy from such a terribly managed company. More
Great place filled with excellent personal. I was greeted in the parking lot with a good morning and a smile, and was shown to my sales person, (not just go through there and turn right).
