Glad you read and responded to the review. Thats better than I received from your finance person Milton. Who lied and scammed us out of thousands of dollars. He is never in the office and won't return my call of course. We came in there to purchase a used car and were there for probably 6 hours or more if I had to guess. It was horrible. From the beginning on paper they said our interest rate was 5.9 which Wesley said would change that's just a figure they use as an estimate. So 30k for the vehicle, 3k for the trade and a 5k down payment should have had us financing 22k plus ttl. That is no where close to what he ended up screwing us out of. Somehow my payoff is over 30k with me putting 8k down basically. He said if we added the warranty somehow he would "buy down" our interest rate to 3.6 or something similar I don't have the paperwork in front of me for specifics right now. So ok I would rather have something I maybe could use rather than pay the bank more. But that come to find out after talking to Ally was a lie. Our rate was the 3 percent to begin with they said he lied to us and apologized because they don't buy down rates. Also some oil change garbage he said "oh everyone gets that" well he charged me 140 for that which I specifically said we wouldn't use anyway. We are out of town. Oh you can use it at any of our dealerships. We won't be coming to any of them to do oil changes. He added that also against our wishes we found out. All of this was done without showing us anything, our paperwork went off the screen and he went to typing and that must have been when all this happened the best we can figure. When he was quote, buying down our rate. Now since he is a liar I want the situation corrected back to how it should have been from the beginning. I want no warranty, no gap, no oil changes. Like I said in the beginning I want the vehicle, minus my trade, minus my down payment finance the rest. It was in my opinion an all out shake down. Keeping us there for hour after hour it was an absolute horrible experience for us both. And we were scammed and lied to on top of that. So I would be interested in hearing back from someone at the dealership with some authority since Milton refuses to contact me back. I hate having to go in to the BBB or the state to file complaints because I have never had to do such a thing before. But this was honestly the absolute worst experience we have had buying a vehicle, and the lying and manipulation tactics are completely unacceptable in my opinion. Thank you for your time.

Bought my Enclave there in 2014 and serviced there since new. Had app. Waited over 1 hour and left for oil change only. Plan on buying a new truck ,but it won't be there. Whats really bad is they have a white Denali and appears to be what I want. Went to chevy dealership across the interstate and they did it in about 45 minutes and yes I'm looking at chevrolets now.
