took my car in twice to fix whatever was making the check engine light turn on and they said 3 days to diagnose but nobody ever called to update and at the end of the week when i finally call they have no an engine light turn on and they said 3 days to diagnose but nobody ever called to update and at the end of the week when i finally call they have no answer, they do not communicate well. i finally picked up my car and will be taking it to another dealership if it comes back on to get it hopefully fixed. also when i took my car in it was full of gas and when it was returned to me it was with less than a quarter tank of gas left. Overall we were extremely happy and satisfied with the dealings of the Big Star GMC dealership. Vincent (our salesman) and Bert (in Financing) were exceptionally kind, professional and knowledgeable with dealings of the Big Star GMC dealership. A scheduled Express oil change should not take 2 hours to complete. After an hour and a half had passed, I was told that our vehicle was in the wash. It wasn't detailed, so why did it take 30+ minutes to complete. After an hour and a half had passed, I was told that our vehicle was in the wash.
