We were out state buyers and were very unsure what to expect not being able to see the vehicle in person until we got there was a little nerve racking. Once I noticed I immediately contacted a sales manager who told me it was their policy and he doesn’t have control over it. Shady business practices have now cost them a cash sale, I will take my money elsewhere and advise everyone else to be very weary of purchasing anything from Big Star! More
I have had issues with my interior being dirty after every service. I have light interior which has been explained and grease residue is left each time.
