We gave a $1000 deposit on a car and were told it was ours. We drove 2 hours to pick up and were told a massive lie at the last minute of why we could not purchase and drive home. We were told we could purchase but not leave with vehicle due to no more temporary plates. Then told it would be 5-7 days later. We found out from other dealerships that this was a lie. Apparently vehicle sold out from under us. No one from customer care or management came to speak with us. Luckily we were able to find a better vehicle for a better price at s different dealership and the purchase was easy and a great experience. I would not recommend dealing with this dealership. Honesty goes a long way. More
