I wish I could give a zero. I don’t even know where to begin . Buying a new vehicle is suppose to be fun . Well my experience was less than that. Don’t get me wrong I love my truck , but I felt like my sale/deal was rushed. I bought a 2021 GMC sierra loaded AT4. I bought fresh off a trade in. The dealership was suppose to certify my truck and they did not. When I got my truck home I check under the hood. ALL of my fluids were almost empty including the coolant. My oil change was never done. In fact it was low on oil and black as ever. There wasn’t a drop of DEF in my truck after I was told it was topped off. When I checked for my spare tire jack , it was missing . I blew up the the service department and Mangement , and as of this email , I have Not gotten a response from anyone . More
