Cant get parts without contacting customer service, per service manager. Sales department promised me things that I have never received. Previous service on parts were not completed either. Customer service when you go in is terrible. I walked in and no one even acknowledged me. I went to the counter and stood there waiting for one of them to say something. This last time, they did not address one of the items that was written up and I am still waiting on an explanation as to why. Both my wife and I have new GMC vehicles, under warranty, so I don’t want to take them elsewhere for a variety of reasons. They just don’t seem to care. Must have plenty of business. More
