I’m not usually one to leave a bad review, but I feel the need to warn others. I took my car to Big Star Buick to change a few recalled parts. Before taking it to their shop, I had no leaks or problems. When need to warn others. I took my car to Big Star Buick to change a few recalled parts. Before taking it to their shop, I had no leaks or problems. When I picked up the car, it started leaking and overheating. I immediately called Tim, the mechanic, and told him what was happening. He was rude and almost made it seem like I was lying. After several attempts to reach his manager, I finally spoke to someone named Chris who seemed genuine. He had me waste my time towing the car to the closest dealership where my car had stopped, saying he would work something out with them. After the diagnosis, he claimed it wasn’t their fault and refused to take responsibility. More
