I HIGHLY recommend Big O Dodge! I Went in tonight to purchase a Ram Rebel. Hunter Smith made the process extremely easy. He was straightforward and didn't play the usual salesman games. He brought me an purchase a Ram Rebel. Hunter Smith made the process extremely easy. He was straightforward and didn't play the usual salesman games. He brought me an offer, I countered once, we shook hands, deal done! From the time I set foot on the lot to the time I took delivery was the fastest I've ever been through a car deal. Again when I got back to finance, and dealt with Thomas, he didn't play games. He got straight to the point and offered me a great deal on an extended warranty, which I never buy, but I did this time. Of all the car transactions I've done, Big O was the smoothest and easiest, and I will definitely go back if I'm in the market for another Dodge! More

Car came with the "sport" pedals not installed (I found them in a box in the trunk) Since I live 45 miles away I asked them to have a dealer nearby me to install the pads (it's tricky) but they refused, them in a box in the trunk) Since I live 45 miles away I asked them to have a dealer nearby me to install the pads (it's tricky) but they refused, told me I have to bring the car to Greenville. It was their error, I should not have to drive 90 miles to have them make it right. Their attitude is "tough luck". More
The service department is incapable of fixing an ongoing coolant leak, and often has to do the same repair over again because it didn't get done correctly the first time. They replaced the water pump in M coolant leak, and often has to do the same repair over again because it didn't get done correctly the first time. They replaced the water pump in March 2019, then again in June 2019 They replaced the turbo bypass hose in July 2020, then again in August 2020 due to faulty installation. My truck has been to Big O Dodge a total of 7 times for this coolant problem, resulting in 33 days out of service. Now, my truck has been inoperable since 10/1/2020 due to a failed (warrantied) part that will not be available until at least December I'm currently at 48 days without my truck, and without a comparable loaner, for a vehicle that's still under an FCA extended warranty. Big O's response: "If you need the vehicle sooner, you will need to open a case with FCA" Seriously... why wouldn't you step up and open the case for me, and be the point of contact with FCA? After a couple of weeks into the downtime, I inquired about just trading the truck in and was told by a Big O salesman: "With it being a eco diesel nobody will want to touch it, esp a ram dealer. I would give carmax a swing to see what they will buy it for." IMO, when the sales guys turn away a repeat customer and tell him to go to another dealership, that speaks volumes. More

Took my car to the service department here that I purchased from another shady dealer on Laurens Rd thinking they would do great work. First, when I called, the receptionist said it would be 2-3 weeks before the car could be looked it. I said no big deal since I have another car. Got a call back the same day, from service rep Rodger, who spit off a list of unneeded repairs that required fixing now or else.. ( I checked online, and the search came back to a common problem of a fuse or battery). The total Rodger gave me was over $1600 for a fuse, battery, brakes, and rotors. He also said that my warranty that he didn't even look at would not assist with any of the repairs because they are "common maintenance issues". He then refused to call my warranty company to verify. After going back and forth on several calls, I finally said just charge me what it will take to get the car working and I will fix the rest later, I got the bill down to $700 for the fuse and battery (which from doing research, I knew that was still too expensive), but at this point I just wanted my car back. I went to pick up the car a couple days later. Arrived to the dealership and no one said a word to us in the service department. Despite the fact that no other customers were currently in the pull in bay, and they weren't on the phone speaking with a customer. I went to the closest service rep since no one else walked over to help, the rep said that Rodger was busy, then quickly rushed us inside and walked us over to a pay window. Rodger then came rushing inside to assist. My wife and I asked to check out the car before we paid, they agreed, then while we were outside, Rodger came rushing out side to hurry us along and get us back to the pay window. Just to make conversation, I asked Rodger what the additional repairs would be and the price. While at the pay window and with an attitude, Rodger said I put it on the paper. Then quickly wrote something on a sticky note and handed it back to the the girl at the pay window without telling us anything. Then he rushed off without another word. When I finally saw the paper, he tried to over charge us over $1000 for brake pads and rotors. Customer service at this place sucks. The workers are unethical and over charge you. Do your research prior and find out about pricing before agreeing to any repairs. More

Upon picking it up, I noticed a rather large ding in the passenger door. Luckily (I thought) I had shown the service adviser how clean the car was before work was begun. When I showed him the damage, he acknowledged that it was new and that they would take care of it. The assistant service manager was called over and he confirmed that it would be taken care of. An appointment was made to get it fixed the next week. I dropped it off and was told that I would hear something soon. On the second day, when I hadn't received a call, I started to call. Four calls and an email to the dealership got me no response. I finally tracked down the body shop to find out that it had been returned to the dealership in the morning (it was now 4 pm) with no work being done. Another call to the dealership was placed where I spoke to the assistant service manager. He told me the owner and the service manager had responded to the body shop and determined that the damage was not their responsibility. Apparently there had been some work done to the door before and they didn't think they should have to deal with it. Neither one had seen the car before but they "assumed" the adviser had missed it and that I was trying to get them to pay for preexisting damage. Unfortunately, I would have been glad to work out a compromise where they fixed what they damaged and I took care of anything that may have been extra. They never even told me the car was back, never mind calling me to discuss it. To make matters worse, the service manager handed me the keys and said "Oh, I just noticed this post it, the check engine light is on". When I got home I also noticed that the door latch (on the door they evaluated) didn't work. I brought the car in for one issue and left with three. They lost all work on the three Mopar products I won for ever. What a terrible way to do business. More

Matthew in servi Once again, I found myself very pleased with the service rendered. It was a 'call back' and I thought I'd be there for several hours. Matthew in service met with me and two associates also contributed to the excellent service and I was out, in just about 50 minutes. The mechanic even pulled my truck up close to the waiting room because I'm lame and walk with a cane. What a great bunch of guys. Thank you to Matt and the two nameless associates for the superior service and care. Dave Fleming More
