The only bad comment is, I was quoted a price on phone, then when went to dealer the $$ went up, supposedly added a step rail which was in the picture but not reflected on the price. By the time all done and said and they "nickle and dime" you with, "you need this and that", then the price is increased by another 2000-3000 dollars. Found out quick they were not looking to give me a deal but get the most out of me they could. Was really looking for a great car buying experience and was disappointed after that. Mr. Traylor did help make it a little better in the end. My problem was, I went there with the attitude I was not leaving without that truck, and inspite of it all, I bought it. But still have to say only a "good" experience. If you speak to internet dept. on phone, make sure they email you price so you have it in writing! More
My husband and I purchased a 2003 Dodge 3500 truck in February 2012. We were told it passed inspection and was in good condition. We have had to put in almost $8000 worth of repairs already. New radiator, new transmission, new starter, new tires, new belts, new fuel injection pump, pulley system. There are still repairs that need to be done. After contacting the dealership, they were not very helpful. Told us we bought it as is. The last time I tried to talk to someone, I was hung up on. I tried to talk to a manager, they kept trying to get me to talk to the salesman. I will never go back there. More
We were in the process of purchasing a car from another dealership, but felt it would be a good idea to check another dealership for comparison. After our experience at Big O, we were immediately impresse dealership, but felt it would be a good idea to check another dealership for comparison. After our experience at Big O, we were immediately impressed with all of the staff, their inventory and the deal they were able to configure for us. We also traded in an old car and were very happy with the trade in price. Overall, our experience with Big O Dodge Chrysler Jeep was fantastic. We would highly recommend them to all friends and family!! More

After checking all the dealers in the area and e-mailing back and forth, I always came back to Big-O-Dodge. After several months of communicating through e-mail with Ike Traylor, I decided to go down there back and forth, I always came back to Big-O-Dodge. After several months of communicating through e-mail with Ike Traylor, I decided to go down there and meet him. From their I talk to Brian who seems to be a Jeep expert who explained all the capabilities of the Jeep Unlimited Rubicon. After doing extensive research, I knew what price would be fair and right off the bat it was an extremely great price. They also gave me a great price on my trade in. So, would I buy another vehicle from Big-O-Dodge? Great inventory, Great staff, Great prices, Equals a very happy customer so the answer is Definitely YES. More

While my wife and I hadn't intended to purchase a vehicle on Memorial Day as we were basically in the research phase, via the internet and an earlier visit to another dealership, the staff, especially Bill C on Memorial Day as we were basically in the research phase, via the internet and an earlier visit to another dealership, the staff, especially Bill Colwick, were all so friendly when we first arrived. Bill even stayed with us throughout the whole process even at the expense of talking to other customers. The vehicle that we had viewed online turned out to be even nicer in person, and the price couldn't be beat. While I have always been strictly a truck guy, the Durango we purchased fits all of our needs. We couldn't be happier with the vehicle or our experience at Big "O" Dodge. More
