I've visited their service twice specifically for the rear brakes and even recorded the noise while driving, which I played for the customer representative. They assured me everything was fine and sent me on my way. However, as soon as the 2-year warranty expired, despite the car only having 13,000 miles on it, the rear brake rotors and pads were replaced, costing me $1,080. I feel that the service I received was not honest, and I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with you. More
