Since purchasing my car, I've been hearing an abnormal noise from the rear brakes. I've had all my vehicle maintenance done at Brooklyn Mitsubishi Service every six months. I've visited their service twice specifically for the rear brakes and even recorded the noise while driving, which I played for the customer representative. They assured me everything was fine and sent me on my way. However, as soon as the 2-year warranty expired, despite the car only having 13,000 miles on it, the rear brake rotors and pads were replaced, costing me $1,080. I feel that the service I received was not honest, and I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with you. More

I had the worse customer service experience. The staff was very rude and only pretended to help. I went in with one issue on the card, but came out with many more. On top of that, they love to just reset the vehicle so all lights go off and give you your card back without actually fixing anything. I am very disappointed with this place. More
